3 July 2015 The project went very well. Our front porch looks much nicer, as does the back lanai and walkway. December 2014 Superior Brick Pavers completed our driveway/porch project in 2.5 days. We were amazed by the efficiency and professionalism of their entire team. We appreciated Kent and Jennifer's upfront communication regarding timing of our project (we knowingly waited almost 2 months and it was well worth it!); their follow through on all aspects of the job from removal of old concrete to the laying of the pavers to the sealant being applied; and Kent's valuable and onthe-mark advice for our porch area. We originally wanted a raised porch area; however, it would have been a serious trip hazard. The smooth transition of the driveway up to our front door looks impressive and is easy to navigate. And we still have a natural looking porch area. Our price included 2 coats of sealant which is highly advisable to bring out and preserve the beauty of our Flagstone tricolor choice. May 12, 2014 Removed old concrete driveway and replaced with wider brick paver driveway, front sidewalk and replaced with winding brick paver walkway. Installed front porch/step brick pavers. Added second winding walkway to connect side driveway with front porch. Sealed (2 coats) all work performed above plus sealing back porch and landscaping wall. Superior Brick Pavers (SBP) did an exceptional job on our extensive paver project. The driveway looks amazing; the walkways are exactly as I had envisioned; and the front porch/steps blend in perfectly. Several things stood out to me: Kent's (owner) patience up front in answering so many questions, Kent's willingness to suggest design ideas (but only when asked). SBP's superb selection process (I love the pre-build patios that let me see what a large area might look like). The SBP crew... I stopped by several times and they were professional, courteous, and even made an on the spot design change for me. The cleanliness of SBP's work... you made a terrific mess during the process; but when you left, everything was clean and neat. The sealing process... I preferred the SBP sealing process / material better than other options I researched (my back porch looks amazing with it!). SBP's billing approach... they didn't place the risk in my court; instead, they asked for a modest down payment (vs half or all up front). The MANY compliments my neighbors walking by have and continue to make about the finished product.sbp is a class act company. I have already recommended SBP and will continue to do so. March 2014 Kent Falby gave us an estimate for stripping sealant/adding sand/resealing our existing pavers. Kent's price was not the highest or the lowest. He did not guarantee it 100% but did say that it should look like new when it was complete. He was 100% correct. Chris came to start the job on a Wednesday. The sealant that needed to be removed was much more difficult than expected. I have to admit I was very leery when he started as the sealant was white when it was applied and I could not see any enhancement. But, after he continued to apply the solution and 'buff' it off the difference was incredible. It really does look like the bricks have been just laid. All of the discoloration is gone and there are no faded spots on the brick. We also asked him to pressure wash the screen, which he did before he sealed the deck so we would not have to remove the furniture again at a later time. He was done in two days and was very professional. He told us when he would be here, what he was going to do and how long it would take. He worked at a very fast pace and was almost at a run the whole time - he wore me out just watching him!

4 Kent has a very good employees and we would highly recommend them. We were hesitant about the process but after getting 5 bids, my husband felt more comfortable with this vendor because of the rating on AL and the reviews. George Pinkerton, Odessa, FL. December 18, 2013 Removed existing driveway, put in new brick pavers, did pavers on the porch and sidewalk and created a separate patio area outside the pool area. Very well. Kent listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas to get the most space and give us the most appealing curb appeal. He was on the job and took care of all concerns after. The big thing is he promised it would be done before Christmas and it was completely done and sealed well before Christmas. They showed up when they said and worked hard all day. They caught things I did not notice and fixed as well. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. Most paver companies only do a 4" base, Superior does a 6" base so know what you are getting. He was knowledgeable and offered several suggestions. I visited their office to see the variety of styles and colors and made the selection. They were helpful and patient. When I spoke with Jennifer the first time she was very helpful and honest in telling me their activity level in this part of town is somewhat limited, but they would try and be "competitive" nonetheless. Kent came out within a couple of days. Kent has been at this for 30 years and it shows with his knowledge and guiding hand. I requested a couple of other bids from other installers and Superior was competitive price wise even though I was basically out of their "natural marketing area". Even though there was a slight price difference, I chose Superior because of their knowledge and friendly manner. Kent told me what day they would do the job that it would probably be finished in one day and it happened. The pavers were delivered at 7:00 a.m. and Casey and his crew showed up at 7:30 a.m. They left twelve hours later and the job was complete, about 185 feet of pathway 3 feet wide. This crew was unbelievable in how hard they worked and was absolute ARTISANS when it came to installing pavers. The end result is an absolutely beautiful walkway which really enhances the appearance of my yard. They cleaned up any mess that was involved and when they left there was hardly any evidence of them even being there with the obvious exception of my beautiful walkway. The way they worked and the resulting pathway has garnered several other inquiries for Superior from my neighbors. I would highly recommend Superior Pavers to anybody who wants a high quality job. In my opinion THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! When I have any future paver installations, such as a driveway replacement, I will certainly use Superior Pavers. On May 22, Kent and Jennifer, I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with the entire walkway. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Kent, I realize it was a bit of a pain to get back here and finish the final 26 feet of walkway but it looks GREAT. We sat outside tonight and just admired the walkway. I have to tell you that the guys that work for you are absolute ARTISANS. What they can do with pavers is unbelievable. I will send you guys pictures of the job. You should be proud...i am. On May 23, Kent, I wanted to tell you also that there was a concern about how the pattern would match up when they spliced the section in the middle. May 15, 2013 Had estimates done for a 14 x 14 brick paver patio for front of house. All estimates were very close but Superiors reviews were the best. Went with Superior. Kent from Superior Pavers looked at my house on Monday. I looked at the pavers they had in stock on Thursday. The men were at my house on Friday morning early and ready to work. These guys are great. They all were very respectful of the property and my new paint job on the stucco walls. They are very fast. The guy that lays the pavers is good. The other three guys were supplying him with wheelbarrows full of bricks. My patio came out great and they were done in about 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up like new. 8 Nov Kent came to the house to give us a quote and took one look at the layout and suggested we have a drain installed to keep the lanai from flooding. We have lived here for 28 years and had standing water with each heavy rainstorm. We have drilled weep holes and it has never been enough. Jennifer met us at the showroom and helped us choose the pattern and color scheme, which is perfect. The crew who installed the pavers was great and completed the job quickly and with attention to detail. We love it! Chris was wonderful and not only did a great job sealing the pavers once the crew finished installing them, but after a mishap (on our part), came back and resealed the affected area. We decided to replace the concrete with pavers and contacted 3 contractors for quotes. Next we went to the showroom and met with Jennifer to look at the various colors and styles of pavers. The concrete removal, compacting, material delivery and paver installation went faster and smoother than we ever would have imagined. The entire crew was professional, extremely efficient and easily finished the job in one day. Pavers installed to extend width of driveway. Approximately 900 square feet. We contacted Superior Brick Pavers and the owner Kent came out to our house to provide an estimate. We received the estimate quickly and scheduled an appointment to visit their showroom in Odessa. The showroom has a patio with many different styles and patterns of pavers. This really helped us decide the right pavers for our project. We signed a contract on February 2, paid a small deposit, and waited for availability in his schedule. We expected that the project would be completed in March and we were contacted the last week in February for a start/finish date of February 28. Feb The crew of workers arrived promptly and we were amazed at how quickly they worked. We had to leave town that afternoon for an out of state funeral so we were not able to see the completed project until two days later. August 2011 Kent came out for an estimate, once decided we went to the showroom to pick our pavers & pay the deposit, and then the pavers were installed. This was an expensive project but we are happy with the results! Kent & Jennifer were knowledgeable & professional. We made an appt to meet Jennifer at the showroom to pick out the color & style of the pavers and then they were ordered. Installation took longer than we would have liked--we had storms everyday & I know they got behind. Plus, I would prefer to use a company who is busy rather than one with no customers. But, the guys showed up when they were supposed to and Kent visited often to oversee. Keep in mind: it is a loud & dusty project! They cleaned up the best they could and even pressure washed twice--once prior to sealing. We felt like they did appreciate our business--even received a thank you card! Sept The Pavers cover roughly a 20'x40' area off our back porch, with a 9'x10' section to the side that serves as a space to walk out on once we put a screened cage up. A concrete footer was poured first, since we plan on putting up a screened cage later on when we can afford it. A couple days later, a different crew came out to put the pavers down. They did the dirt removal, prep work and laying down of pavers all in one day! During the process, they needed to take a section of fence down to get in & out of the backyard. They also needed to remove the gate. When they put those back, they were stronger and more secure than before! There was also a section on either side of our gate that we wanted pavers on, but we didn't know if we would have enough pavers leftover. Well we did, and they put that and a nice platform for our rain barrel. Mind you, that was never even included in the original estimate. They did this extra area and it exceeded our expectations! To be honest, we had lined up several companies for estimates, but once we started working with Superior to pick paver colors and ask all the initial questions, we knew they were the one. Superior just put us at ease throughout the entire process. Not to mention they blew away the competitors with their pricing. Our neighbors love our new pavers, and two of them have since called Superior out to get estimates of their own! Overall, I can't say enough good things about Superior Brick Pavers. Dave Thompson, DMD February 08, 2011 Superior Brick Pavers removed pavers and old drainage system, repacked underlayment layer with crushed concrete and reset pavers after leveling ground properly and set a new drainage system. Our pool deck was installed in 2006 with the pool installation. Over the past two years several areas were starting to sag, and the drainage system was

13 easily overwhelmed by heavy rains. The company inspected our pool area, and showed how the pavers were installed improperly, with the fall to the drains being uneven and the drains having high points, all of which contributed to the water problem. They came out a week later and uninstalled about 50% of our deck, where they found in some areas the builder hadn't even put crushed concrete under the pavers- some areas were just dirt. They dug out the extra dirt, added the concrete, compacted everything and then set the pavers and new, wider drains with removable screens. They then cleaned everything up, including power washing the powder off of our lanai screens. The team worked all day and had it done in one day. Despite all the mess they did a good job of keeping excess dust and debris out of the pool and then helped us move the heavier plants back into place around the pool. They then arranged for someone to come out the next day and re-drill holes for our safety fence. The deck looks much better and surely will handle water runoff better - so far it hasn't really rained since they fixed the deck so don't have a definitive proof of that yet. About a month after the job was done, we noticed a problem with water coming up from underneath the driveway and shifting the pavers in one area. Apparently, during the excavation of the old concrete driveway, an irrigation pipe deep below the ground had cracked without anybody knowing it. When we told Superior about the problem, they sent out a crew to dig up that part of the driveway, fix the pipe, and reset the pavers. They even re-sanded the whole driveway and redid the concrete edge. Problem fixed, and looking great! Thanks! October 2010 After having our home severely damaged by a sink hole needing to have our pool and deck repaired along with damage to almost every room in our home, we made a choice to not have the cool deck repaired but to go with pavers on our pool deck, lanai, drive and front walk way. We had repaired the cool deck before we knew we had a sink hole and didn't want to risk seeing another third application of cool deck become cracked. I was concerned about the pavers being hot under foot around our pool with granddaughters that are 2 and 4 years old with tender northern feet. We went to look at the vendor suggested by the company undertaking our home repairs, Superior Pavers in Pasco County. We went on a hot summer day and took our shoes off and started looking at and walking on the colors that would go with our home. We selected a large paver as we didn't want the small brick effect on the pool area and lanai. When it came time for the work on the pool deck and lanai, which was the first area to be repaired, we were surprised when a crew of at least 5 guys arrived and swarmed over the space. Within a day they had the job done. Our pool and spa coping and the deck with two walk out areas to the yard were done and surpassed our expectation for beauty and comfort in the hot sun. Almost two months later we were ready for the drive, which fronts a three car garage, front walk and entry to our home to be completed. Again a team arrived and set to work early in the morning of the appointed day. By evening the entire job was finished, from removing the concrete, compacting the ground and underlay and putting the pavers down. The team worked seamlessly as they had on the back area. Later we had the entire surface sealed, and again this was accomplished in one day. The team that came each time came with everything they needed. We never saw one item of theirs left behind and although we offered cool water through the day the coolers and drinks they had with them were plenty and they never needed our offers. Not one item was left behind, be it a cup or water, soda bottle or can. And the job is beautiful. The surface perfectly smooth, pavers are level with no area of unevenness. We had expected that each job would take much longer. But it didn't. In fact, we had a social gathering at our home for 23 people two days after the Lanai was finished. We are very pleased with all areas and find that our feet are comfortable be in on the pool deck or going to get the mail at the curb. Taking the time to walk the product in the sun did prove to insure that our choice is comfortable under our feet.
