2 2 HISTORY Founded in 2004, the firm already has a solid experience taking into account its principal founders, owners and professional engineers. Entering in a partnership, the Engineers Jean-Pierre Cyr and Marc-André Cloutier gave birth to a brand new and innovative consulting firm. It is not by chance that we have established our head office into a superb building identified as LE NORDELEC ; the creative enterprises crossroads. Our principal characteristic lies in the fact that we are different from others. As a matter of fact, taking into account what we are observing for the last few years as to the trend of our sector where the consulting firms tends to become bigger and more multidisciplinary than ever, we have opted to create a smaller specialized firm in order to offer our clients better personalized services. 3 3 SECTOR (CONTINUE) We are flexible and available and we have the expertise to assist you in all steps of your projects. Our services are essentially focused on consulting for site selection, technical assistance, feasibility and costs studies, and more. We are equipped with the latest technology to optimize the design and reduce the costs. We also take care of the coordination with government instances and we coordinate the required public utilities. We do the site and urban designs, hydraulics calculations, computerized storm water management calculation and more. We provide our clients with adequate opinion on probable construction costs studies and complementary services such as contract documents, call for proposals management and surveillance during construction. If required, we are leading the professional team and are assuring the project management. SUB- CONTRACTING We are offering subcontracting services for specialized services that permits our client having recourse to a temporary resource for a specific need without having the obligation to hire an employee on a long term and permanent basis. PROJECT MANAGEMENT We can activily get involved in project management. Jean- Pierre Cyr has already managed many professionnals for specific projects. To accelerate a project, we may divide it up in many calls for proposals. Thereof, we control involved professionnals and contractors in charge of the execution of the work. 4 4 TECHNOLOGY We are using the most recent software available on the market for our projects. Digital terrain modeling of surfaces allows the quantities optimization which results in huge savings in terms of job costs. We are equipped with a major and safe file SERVER linked with a high speed transmission line which makes files exchange with our clients very easy. PROJECTS We have already worked on important projects with prestigious clients, which, by trust, have decided to give us mandates that we have delivered as per the expected budgets and quality.

Jean-Pierre Cyr, ing. With, plus or minus twenty-one (21) years of experience, he has been involved in many sectors of the industry. His expertise included the public function, consulting and construction companies. Since lately, he was Vice-president of a consulting firm which was very active in commercial and urban development. He has a good knowledge in consulting and construction. He is quite a precious help and reference and the project management has not much secret for him. During his carrer as a designer and design department coordinator, Marc-André has acquired solid knowledge in urban and commercial sites design.
