What We Have Learned You are very engaged and invested You are passionate about getting it right Titusville needs to be re-imagined as a town with great places for its residents The City is growing very slowly The City needs to grow its tax base There is a powerful economic wind in Central Florida and you are in its orbit This is a big opportunity for Titusville if you are properly positioned to take advantage of it You have clearly identified what change you would like to see in the City The City has to grow smartly primarily through quality redevelopment and infill
