2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS POLARIS RANGER 900XP DOOR SET Warning: Failure to heed all safety and operating instructions and warnings regarding use of this product can result in serious bodily injury. READ PROPERLY COMPLETE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING OF ASSEMBLY Install all parts indicated in assembly instructions. Failure to fully assemble product before use could result in personal injury. Assembly of product requires use of hand or power tools. If you are not experienced in using these types of tools, have product dealer do the install for you. Some parts contain sharp edges, wear protective gloves if necessary. Always keep your assembly area clean, uncluttered and well lit. Keep visitors and children a safe distance away from the assembly area. Visitors should wear the same safety equipment described above. 2 Never operate your UTV with the cab doors open. Failure to properly latch the doors before moving the vehicle could result in serious injury. Dress for safety. DO NOT wear loose clothing, gloves, neckties or jewelry if using power tools to assemble this product. Insert all nut covers after you finish installation. Never drive your UTV with the cab front window in open position. Failure of unproperly latched/locked front window before driving the vehicle could result in serious injury. For safety purposes, if the DFK Cab doors are removed, it is mandatory that the OEM Half Doors or Nets are REINSTALLED before operating vehicle.

3 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING To clean polycarbonate surface use soapy water solution or other subtle means. Dirt and dust wash by gently water stream and swipe only with wet or damp means in the direction from top to bottom. The recommended frequency of cleaning of polycarbonate part is about 1 time per month or according to the actual degree of pollution. Do not use detergents that could scratch the surface plates. (abrasives, harsh fabrics, etc.) Do not use solvents or alkaline detergents or cleaners with ammonia (ammonium hydroxide). Do not remove the impurities from the surface of the razor blades or other sharp items. Do not clean cab when the polycarbonate plates are heated by the sun. 3 Do not use the squeegee, it could scratch surface plates. Do not clean the water current strength greater than 50 bar (WAP) The manufacturer is not responsible for scratching the surface in case of failure to comply with the above instructions. All bolted connections of cab must be by user at regular intervals checked and tightened.

4 LEFT DOOR + RIGHT DOOR Remove the original screws (in blue circles) from the roller cage, and save these carefully 4

5 Place the left door base onto the roller cage and adjust that onto the best position. 5

6 Fix the door base with the roller cage by original screws. 6

7 Fix the door base with the roller cage by original screw. 7

8 Place the door base ledge onto the door base and onto the roller cage. 8

10 Fix the hinges with the door base and with the door base ledge by screws, washers, nuts and nut covers. 10

11 Place the door base holder onto the door base and onto the roller cage. 11

12 Fix the door base holder with the door base to the roller cage by nuts, washers and nut covers. 12

13 Lubricate the hinge s pins and insert washer 10 onto the pins. Place the door onto the hinges pins. 13

14 Adjust the door to best position by the hinges and tighten the hinge s scres and nuts hard. 14

15 Install door stop assembly into the door stop holder. Left and right door stop holders is different don t mistaken. 15

16 Uninstall originall screws (in green circles) from roller cage and place the door stop holder onto the roller cage. 16

17 Fix the door stop holder with the roller cage by screws and washers. 17

18 Close the door and adjust the door stop to best position in accordance with the door lock inner mechanism. If you adjust the door stop correctly and close door slowely, you can hear two clear metalic clicks. 18

19 Loosen the door s nut (in green circles) and adjust the door bottom epdm ledge to best position. 19

20 Install the gas spring into the gas spring holder (blue part in picture for better orientation). Fix the gas spring with the holder by nut, washer and nut cover. 20

21 Install the gas spring holder onto the gas spring pin. 21

22 Adjust the gas spring holder to best position. IT IS IMPORTANT TO INSTALL GAS SPRING IN SAME ORIENTATION LIKE IN PICTURE (If you adjust holder more to rear side, door is open to bigger angel.) 22

23 Fix the gas spring holder with the door frame by TEX screws, washers and TEX covers. (You can take out the gas spring for easier fixation, and after that, place gas spring back to holder.) 23

24 Fix the gas spring with the holder by nut, washer and nut cover. 24

25 Uninstall these screws from the door. Place the rear mirror and the mirror washer onto the door panel. Fix the mirror and the washer with the door by screws from previous step. 25 The right door installation is similar.
