Do you have a copy of the County owned FF&E so we have an understanding of what needs to be replaced Please see the attached Parker County Jail inventory report as of May Would like to see a copy of the floor plan and can use the fire exit printouts to give us an idea of the layout for staffing purposes Please see the attached fire exit printout. 3. Is there a contract that you currently use for your management that we can use for the bidding of this project. No, please see Exhibit C, section 3, pg. 19 of the RFP document. 3. Please submit a copy of your proposed services contract template in both hard copy and electronic format, preferably Microsoft Word. 4. Do you have a copy of the current Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the US Marshals service for inmate housing. Yes, please see attached contract. 5. Will the County please clarify if a draft contract is required with an offeror s proposal submission? Yes, a draft contract is required with proposal response. 6. Section 1.4 c Taxes, Utilities and Other Government Charges (Page 7), the RFP states The successful vendor will be responsible for furnishing all utilities for the entire building in which the Parker County Jail facilities are housed, including the Sheriff s administrative offices. Such utilities including but not limited to water, sewer, waste disposal, phone, internet, electricity and gas necessary to operate the building and Jail Facility. Will the County please provide a historical monthly average of telephone and internet cost for the Parker County Sheriff s administrative office?
