5 POINT AUTOMATIC AIR VENT VALVES To vent out air / vapor separated out from centrifugal separators / strainers Pilot and float with counterweight (Type AV 125 & AV 15O) can automatically vent out air / vapor from liquid systems operating at pressure upto 200 Bar, These air vents can modulate the amount of air being vented depending on the position of the float. The counterweight can be adjusted to maintain buoyancyofthe floateven with lowdensity liquids. The air vents are usually installed inside the centrifugal gas separator or strainet however they can be supplied with their own chamber for indedendent installation at site. 6 Srusn rornr VAPOR SEPARATORS AND FILTERS FOR LPG TERMINALS/ AUTO LPG STATIONS We can confidently state that no other company in the country has the kind of experience or reference list in filtration / vador elimination from LPG unloading / loading / pumping systems" Our range covers small (50 LPl4) units for AUTO LPG Stations to very large (2500 m3/hr) fllters and centrifugal separators on 20"NB LPG ship unloading / loading pipelines. LPG pumping can produce huge amounts of vapor during pump start-up and consequently this vapor can coalesce into large vapor pockets which can collect in flow meters especially at low flow velocities. One study has found errors in meterreadings exceeding 5olo at flow velocities lessthan 0.6 m/s. I\4oreover mechanical float oderated air vents tend to leak on LPG applications due to insufficient buoyancy of floats in low density LPG. The counter weighted floats in the AV125 & AV150 air vents are perfectly balanced to work in low density fluids like LPG. The discharge form the AV 125/ AV150 can modulate depending on the float position to provide full venting atstart-up to virtually zero discharge under normaloperation.
