2 UK Price List Prices contained in this list are effective on all orders received on or after 24th December 2013 and supersede all previous price lists. Orders received from UK based companies are subject to VAT at the current rate in accordance with current VAT regulations. Prices are ex works. Unless advised to the contrary, despatch will be by our freight forwarder and freight charges will be added to the commercial invoice accordingly. Our full conditions of sale are printed on the reverse of invoices, proforma invoices and acknowledgements, and are freely available. Delivery The time period shown on quotations and order acknowledgments indicates when it is estimated goods will be available for despatch. Although Bibby Scientific will endeavour to work as near as they can to this, such estimates are to be treated as estimates only and do not involve contractual obligation. Bibby Scientific shall not be liable for any delays in executing contracts due to war, hostilities, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes whether official or unofficial or natural cause such as flood or tempest or to fire, accident, theft or any event outside Bibby Scientific s control. Where the availability of goods to the customer is delayed, he shall take delivery of or collect the goods within seven days of being requested to do so by Bibby Scientific. C.F.R. and C.I.F. prices will be quoted on request, and will be based on current freight and insurance rates.
