De-electrify the product and silicon pad. Usinng a static eraser with a high blow volume could dry out the ink, so using a low or no blow volume is desirable. The product's electrostatic change could cause cobwebbing even when using adhesive to affix the labels, so it is best to use a static eraser.

Examples of trouble caused by static electricity Troubles Caused by Static Electricity Dust sticking to lenses and mirrors Awkwardly stacked cups and containers Inadequate film pickup Inadequate product release from mold Improper positioning of small parts Electrostatic breakdown of electronic components Improper coating because of adhering dust Coating surface irregularity because of charging of product pickup unit Work clogging of parts feeder Ink runs or staining in printing * Before taking action against static electricity trouble, it is necessary to understand the phenomenon and cause. Trouble caused by dynamic action... Suction, repulsion >> (Trouble will persist as long as charge is not neutralized.) End trouble: Clogging, adhering matter, printing runs and stains, contamination, infection, etc. Charge: Maintained Trouble caused by ionization... Discharge, electric shock, fire >> (Charge is neutralized, but trouble occurs from that moment.) End trouble: Explosion, electrostatic breakdown, electromagnetic noise, nervous disorders, etc. Charge: Discharged >> Photo emission, noise of crack formation, accompanied by electromagnetic noise.
How Static Electricity Is Generated Why does static electricity occur? Normally, positive and negative charges are the same in number, thus balanced. When two objects rub together, unstable electrons start migrating, which is known as "charge migration". However, though electrons are migrating in this state, voltage is not generated between the two contacting objects. When the two objects are pulled apart, the electron counts are unbalanced. In this case, the object that received electrons is "negatively charged" whereas the object that gave up the electrons is "positively charged". If the negatively and positively charged objects are brought near to a grounded metallic object, the electrons suddenly migrate to the metal, which is known as "discharging". Terminology Static electricity The charge of one of two objects with the higher electron count whose electron migration was caused by contact, separation, friction or other action between the two objects Charging The accumulation of generated static electricity in an object (Note that all objects are always charged.) Charge The amount of electricity accumulated in an object
Charging
Countermeasures to Static Electricity Basically, the below approaches are studied as countermeasures to static electricity and used to prevent trouble caused by static electricity. How not to generate static electricity (Minimize the amount of static electricity if unavoidably generated.) How not to charge with static electricity (Quickly release or leak any generated static electricity so that it does not accumulate.) How not to discharge static electricity (Do not discharge static electricity where fearful of explosion or fire, because it creates sparks.) Below are given some actual measures. There are various measures that differ by objective: "To prevent charging","to remove charge" in the event the object was charged and "To remove dust" that has adhered because of charging. To prevent charging Increase humidity. (Increase humidity to 65% or higher with a humidifier, sprayer, etc.) Use an antistatic agent. (Absorbs airborne moisture so that electricity can escape more easily.) Slowly peel or rub. (Harsh movements generate a lot of energy.) To remove charge Or to reduce static electricity that is unavoidably generated Create an escape route for static electricity. (Conductive mat, electrostatic shoes, grounding by wrist strap, etc.) Use a static eraser. (Balance unequal potential using ionized air.) To remove dust Use a static eraser. (As charge is neutralized, blow dust with compressed air.) Example measures using conductivity Conductor: Grounding is effective with objects that readily transfer electricity (electrical resistance 10 9 ). (Grounding is required for all equipment, systems and tools.) Nonconductor: A static eraser is effective with objects that electricity does not pass through. It is also effective when grounding is not possible.

DC type AC (High frequency transformer) type AC (High frequency voltage transformer) type amplitude(20khz) amplitude(70khz) and are produced from separate wires, therefore bonding does not readily occur. SDJ-14 Fan SDJ-14 EU Fan Compared to low frequency types, a high frequency type exhibits less ion loss by collision. SDJ-02R Compressed air straight nozzle SDJ-03R Compressed air flared nozzle SDJ-06R Compressed air gun type With a high frequency voltage transformer type, ions are continuously generated, therefore few ions are lost to collision. Exhibits high static erasing performance even at long distances. Generates little noise and ozone. Must worry about unbalancing. AC type... A high frequency AC type generates many ions, therefore static erasing capacity does not decrease even at long distances. Balance does not destabilize. Must worry about noise and ozone.
