RPE HPE 55 14 Technical and construction features The whole range of new refrigerating units RPE/HPE has been designed for outdoor installation with index of protection P 24.

1 RPE HPE Technical and construction features The whole range of new refrigerating units RPE/HPE has been designed for outdoor installation with index of protection P 24. The performances have been optimised by controlling the fans speed and the sequence of the power supply phases. The casing of each model is made of zinc-plated metal sheet, coated by polyester powder specifically designed for outdoor installation. The compressors are Scroll type running refrigerant gas R47c, at high efficiency and low noise. They are mounted on elastic vibrationabsorber supports and driven by a 3-phase motors. The two air/gas heat exchangers are made of copper pipes and aluminium fins. The ventilating system includes axial motor-fans with internal protection. The fans are equipped with safety grids. The water/gas heat exchanger is a plate-exchanger type made of stainless steel S 316, insulated by closed-cells material. The models range 9 14 are equipped with 2 independent refrigerant gas circuits and 1 water circuit. The whole gas piping and junctions are made of copper pipes specifically suitable for refrigerating systems. The cooling circuit includes the laminating thermostatic valve, cycle switch valve (only in heat pump), the check valves (only in heat pump), the high and low gas pressure calibrated switch, the dehydrator gas filter and the liquid sensor. The electric power box is fixed inside the appliance The microprocessor control system s keypad can be easily accessed by means of a small plastic protective door. The DRO VERSON includes hydraulic system equipped with high head pump. The water filter is a grid nipple type with connection M/M 1 1/4. The Storage tank is made of zinc-plated steel and insulated by Condensate-proof polyethylene + outer protective cover. - Storage Capacity 3 l for model 9 - Storage Capacity 5 l for models equipped with water discharge valve and safety valve set at 6 bar pressure. The Expansion vessel is 12 l for model 9 and 18 l for models utomatic breather-valve installed in the higher point of water circuit
