5 Autopsy Table ST 10/350 Fixed Mounted BASIC line The table is set on an installation column and two height-adjustable feet to to equalize out any unevenness. The autopsy table is completely made of stainless steel (material no ANSI 304). The work surface features a high, profiled surround and a seamlessly welded basin, 400 x 500 x 200, with a tube overflow are installed to the end of the table. The table top has a negative inclination arranged diagonally to the drain. The drains from the supporting surface and the basin are brought together in one drain connection. All power connections are built into the base and can be easily accessed by means of an inspection opening. 13 Installation Column INSS 10/680 The installation column is completely made of ground stainless steel. The washing- and autopsy-table WT 10/650 can be joined by a special connection unit. The column features on the top a smooth work-surface, a seamlessly welded basin 500 x 400 x 200 mm as well as a single level tap for cold and warm water. Another single level tap with a 3 m shower-hose and a handsprinkler is mounted to the left side. At the front a covered collecting funnel, compatible to the drainage of the wash- and autopsy table WT 10/650. Service access door at the right side. 17 Lift and Transport Truck HTW 50/010 Basic Model The model above shows the Lift and Transport Truck HTW 51/010 made of stainless steel The lift and transport truck has a rugged, torsion-resistant frame structure and is made of powder coated steel (grey RAL 9007). Additionally, it has a smoothly running, integrated hydraulic unit for foot-actuated vertical adjustment for easy handling, 4 steerable solid rubber wheels, 2 of them lockable, 1 enabling locking as regards to the direction, d = 125 mm with special roller bearings, permanently lubricated and maintenance-free, which ensure an absolutely noiseless movement. A roller track comprising 4 carrying rollers, as well as a holding device for a body tray have been arranged on top of the truck. The slide handles of the lift and transport truck can be removed. The low deadweight permits straightforward shunting and operation of the lift and transport truck. A special valve ensures even lowering at various loads. 21 Morgue refrigeration unit The Morgue refrigeration units are made of sturdy, self-supporting walls, floor and ceiling elements. They are delivered in separate components and are to be assembled on site to a sturdy system by means of slot and key joints and integrated galvanized hook fasteners. The Cell components are manufactured in a sandwich building system, made of 80 mm CDC-free polyurethane rigid foam. The surface of the morgue refrigeration cells is manufactured of white powder-coated galvanized steel plates. The floor is manufactured in the same manner. Optionally, the complete cell or single parts (e.g. the front part) can be delivered with a stainless steel surface. All doors and hatches are individually lockable. A doors and hatches have a emergency opener from the inside. All fittings and locks are made of high-gloss chromium-plated brass. The morgue refrigeration cells are made in a modular size and are available with large doors or individual hatches. A combination of large doors and small hatches is also possible. The produced cells are made for use at an in-room temperature of +2 C. Upon request, the cells can be delivered at a maximum refrigeration temperature of -25 C. 31 Grossing Table UCS-1500-BL This specialized working table guarantees for a laboratory environment free of pollutants while slicing and preparing histological slide preparations. Airflow travels throughout the entire working area and is vacuumed out downwards, which provides optimal removal of unsanitary vapors.
