4 Key data WBEC - Standard & Premium Please consider the following version as the standard of WB Engineering Containers, since we are trying to produce container modules in accordance with German construction standards and requirements at the highest level. Besides, we individually design and manufacture containers and complete living facilities according to your needs and budget, this is done at an attractive price / performance ratio. Dimensions Construction Bottom Outside appr.: Length 6058 mm / width 2,438 mm / max. height 2,820 mm Inside appr.: Length 5838 mm / width 2,218 mm / height 2,500 mm (Please note that these are the dimensions for standard containers and that there can be slight differences due to manufacturing tolerances). Welded construction with WBE Containers sheet steel profiles in different thicknesses 3-5mm and steel beams to hold sandwich thermo panels or thermo cotton panels. Total construction anticorrosion treated, primed and double-layer painted, all external screws and fastening materials made of stainless, aluminium or galvanized material with protective coating. Colour of metal construction in RAL 9002, other colours at a surcharge. Underbody made of painted galvanized sheet steel and mineral wool, underbody stabilized with carriers and sealed. Ground inside by cement-bonded chipboard or weather-resistant multi-layer plates, vapour barrier, above vinyl flooring or laminate according to customer request and requirement. Total thickness bottom min mm Cast iron ISO-Corner and forklift pockets included in all Premium models. 4

5 Key data WBEC - Standard model Walls Roof / ceiling Door Electric Heating External connections 8cm sandwich construction, from the outside inwards zinc profile sheet, rock wool, vapor barrier, 10mm chipboard. U-value 0.54 W / m²k. Colour selection RAL 9002, all walls screwed, glued and sealed to the container construction, inside cover secured with stainless steel rivets. From the outside inwards, galvanized roofing trapezoidal sheet, rock wool, vapor barrier, chipboard white. U-value 0.36 W / m2k. Total roof thickness 120mm, roof load capacity min. 100 kg / m². On all four roof corners crane eyes, drainage of the roof via downspouts without connection to an existing disposal net. Steel DIN door white 875x2000mm All wiring on the walls are flush performed according to VDE / ÖVE & EN regulations, we use only certified electrical components from selected suppliers. GFCI, circuit breaker for each circuit, overvoltage protection etc. on surcharge, small distributor mounted under ceiling, lighting by mirror grid light or fluorescent tube in tub according to requirements. Total electric wiring is done from the top of the cable trunking (recessed into the roof structure). Electric fan heater, IP24, 2kW, thermostat 2 x electrical connection CEE external socket 400V / 32A, recessed into the steel support structure. 5

Sandwich thermo panels for roof construction, U-value 0.26 W / m²k, outside and inside galvanized steel sheet, inside decor plate PVC fire resistant white flat. Total roof thickness 120mm, roof load capacity min. 125 kg / m². On all four roof corners ISO Corner castings, drainage of the roof by 4 downspouts without connection to an existing disposal net. Construction Bottom Walls Roof / ceiling Door Depending on the wall construction, drainage system and roof walkability different design variants can be offered. In the bottom area, there is the possibility to reduce the overall thickness or on customer demand, to reduce the insulation partially or completely. Various wall systems can be offered and delivered. Basically there is the possibility of a wall thickness of mm. Wall mounted PU or PUR panels, thermal cotton, etc... Depending on customer requirements, various wastewater systems, roof strengths and opportunities can be realized. PVC or aluminum door instead of DIN door systems. 8

Based on the latest technical possibilities we are able to design, plan, conceptualize and finally to realize your dream solution up to complete installation and assembly at your desired location.
