1 140mm Geberit Assisted Toilet Pre-Installation Instructions Pre-Install Instructions Please see the below for instructions to prepare site for installation. All electrical connections are to be carried out by a qualified electrician. AC Power to be tested and available in advance of OpeMed engineers arrival. All flooring must be level and complete. All walls must be decorated and complete. Information: The factory setting for the seat height is 445 mm. If you wish to use this height, proceed to step B. If the customer wishes the seat height to be different from the factory setting, proceed to step A. Please note, distance is limited as there is only 700mm flex (see pages 3-5). We recommend placing the Fuse Spur above or to! the side of the cold water supply or to use a waterproof connector under the toilet and extend the flex to the outside of the bathroom or elsewhere to the Fuse Spur mm 40mm 3 If the soil / waste pipe is positioned through floor, ensure 140mm from centre of pipe to wall (see page 2). Waste pipe can be 90mm or 110mm. 1

3 Electrical Connection:- The Geberit AquaClean requires a 5amp 230V AC 50Hz power supply. The power connection must be made in an area that is kept free from moisture or connected via a IPX4 waterproof socket with isolation switch be decorated and complete. The Diagram below shows the recommended positioning of the IP rated fuse. The electrical connection of Geberit AquaClean may only be installed by skilled persons in accordance with the local regulations. The following recommendations apply according to DIN VDE : The country-speciþc conditions for Austria and Switzerland are taken into account therein. Installation in rooms with bath tub or shower tray - The Geberit AquaClean models correspond to protection degree IPX4 and may only be installed outside of the edge of the tub or tray. 5 Geberit AquaClean in the protective area Approach: Construct a Þxed shower partition with a height of 225 cm between shower and WC system. This will mean that the WC system is outside the protective area.
