MAIN AIR CONDITIONNING PLANT Maker SABROE Type SMC 108 S Liquid = R 422 1) Compressors Onboard overhaul The adjacent room sports room may be used for the onboard overhaul, provided that you protect the floor covering and the walls. - Emptying and recovery of freon from the installation. - Removal. - Complete overhaul. - Record of clearances and wears. - Replacement of seals and defected parts (supplied by owner). - Overhaul of oil pump (record of clearances). - Cleaning or replacement of oil filters depending on condition. - Removal and overhaul of the suction and discharge valves of the compressor. - Refit - Filling with freon. - Alignment check of the electric motor and compressor coupling. - Trials. - Adjustment of safety devices: LP, HP, P, oil pressure and temperature switch, discharge temperature, etc. Note : oil and gas supplied by owner. 2 2) Condensers Maker : CIAT FKM R Paumier plan : C0242 Work to be done in situ : - Cleaning of condenser (onboard), - Replacement of shell seals, - Test (1,5 x working pressure) FIXED PRICE for 1 condenser FIXED PRICE for 2 condensers... Note : Before the cleaning, the brushes used are to be presented to the Chief Engineer for authorisation (they must be nylon brushes). 3) By-pass valves for dryers (éventually) On 2 compressors freon circuit : - Emptying and recovery of freon from the installation (included with overhaul of compressors), - Overhaul valves - Pressure test. Complete overhaul : same request as SABROE compressor + overhaul and adjustment of pressure regulation valve for refrigeration of cylinder head. 2) Condensers a) Type : K 1052 HP4 - Cleaning of condenser (onboard), - Replacement of shell seals, - Test (1,5 x working pressure) b) Type : K Cleaning of condenser (onboard), - Replacement of shell seals, - Test (1,5 x working pressure) FIXED PRICE for overhaul in workshop FIXED PRICE for overhaul inboard... Note (valid for the two condensers) : before the cleaning, the brushes used are to be presented to the Chief Engineer for authorisation (they must be nylon brushes). 3) Freon circuit After recovery of freon from any installation cooling plant : - Nitrogen blast of all the circuit to eliminate traces of humidity, - Set vacuum, - (Filling the freon included with overhaul of compressor), - Check for leakage on the whole circuit, Chapter A3 A3-3

4 4) Cold room On the meat cold room door : - Removal steel formwork of the door frame, - Replacement of the defrost heater, - Refit of steel formwork. III. 6 5) Air-conditioner Maker : RITTAL TOP THERM Type : SK V / 50 Hz 2,4 A Liquid : R 134 A 500g - Fitting of two air-conditioner on inverter back face, - Supply will be in 380 distribution switchboard localised in engine control room, - Shipyard will propose a solution to evacuate hot air from engine control room, for instance : Fitting the hot part of the air-conditioner in engine casing, Or created an hot air extraction duct since inverter back face to return air duct of engine control room air conditioning plant. Note : When submission of tenders, shipyard will give details of the solution found. V. REFRIGERATED CABINET FOR ENTRÉE IN THE GALLEY Maker : CAPIC Type : BO 1500 Serial number : Liquid : R413A Overhaul of cabinet included : - Test of sealing cabinet with quality of insulation, - Test of thermostat, - Test of heaters, - Check of leakage of whole circuit, - Check of flexible elements supporting compressor, - Replacement of dryer filter, - Cleaning of condenser, - Cleaning of air filter, - Adjustment of operating pressures.
