Rice Processing Complex (RPC) Brown Rice Processing Machines White Rice Processing Machines In the left section, paddy is processed into brown rice after impurities are removed by the de-stoner, husked by the huller, and non-hulled paddy from the husking machine is selected by the paddy separator. In the right section, brown rice turns into white rice by removing bran at the rice whitener. To meet market requirements it is processed by additional machines such as rice polisher(making the rice shiny by watering on the rice surface), rotary sifter(separating the broken rice), length grader(separating by grain length & thickness ) and color sorter(removing colored grain, impurities and unripe rice by color sensing).
