3 Dispenser USER INSTRUCTIONS User instruction consists of installation and usage instructions. This instruction is an integral part of every cooler unit and it should allways be with the cooler and also during every displacement or installation so that techical personnel could use it. Before installation and usage of cooler, you should carefully read this user instruction in which there are important informations for correct and safe use. COOLER LABEL AND FEATURES Every unit has its own identification number/code. This number is placed on the label "Technical identifications". Label with technical information is the only way to identify the cooler; on it there are useful informations about unit necessary for constructor / maintenance, for fast and easy identification. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE To awoid damage of cooler, it is important to handle carefully during loading and unloading. Crane can be used for displacement of coolers when they are put on pallets. - do not turn the cooler - do not shake the cooler or package Cooler must be stored in convenient and clean environment where temperature is beetwen 0-40 C, and there should be no water or products remains. Coolers can't be placed one on another, and allways must be in vertical position like it's shown on packing. PACKAGE DISPOSAL When cooler is unpacked, it has to be checked if is it in correct condition. If there is any doubt about environment protection inside of package, no installation or usage should be made. Package must be destroyed or removed according to the law regulations. PROCEDURE IN CASE OF IRREGULARITY Most of technical problems can be easily solved with simple interventions. For that purpose we ask you to carrefully read this user instruction before you call maintenance service or producer. In case of impossibility to solve problem using this instruction, contact the company from which you have bought the cooler. Dispenser description for JM Juice machine is a dispenser for the cooling of water and the mixing of juice concentrate to a finished product. The dispenser is designed for two drinks and (non-carbonated) ice water or (tree drinks and ice water) 3

4 The juice dispenser is connected by a pressurised water tube to a socked water crane and to an electrical network by network cable. The water pressure is adjusted with the help of a water regulator, and the desired water pressure is achieved with the help of a manometer. Cooling of the water takes place in a cooling block that is kept cool by a fan-chilled compressor. The water temperature is adjusted with a thermostat. The cabinet temperature is adjusted with a thermostat (on models IC) The juice-water mixing ratio is adjusted by the vents. The juice mix or ice water is dispensed by the pushing of one of the three buttons, or the portion control on the front panel. The buttons activate the water valves that regulate the water, or water with juice concentrate, that is to be delivered. The juice mix: Concentrate is drawn through the vent by suction. The mixture of water and concentrate flows out through the juice outlet pipe. The bag-in-a-boxes (for OP 12 2 pcs, and for OP 13 3 pcs) containing juice concentrate should be put beside each other on the shelf behind the front door. The machine turns off completely if the flexible cord is removed from the socket. Dispenser description Illustration Description The water regulator with pressure gauge: The water regulator can be installed at up to 6 bar. The installation of water-pressure is shown with a manometer calibrated for 0-6 bar. Recommended pressure is 2.2 bars. 4

5 Vents: The mixing ratio is adjusted in the vents. When water flows through the vent, the juice concentrate is drawn by suction. The amount is regulated manually with screws on the vents. There are two types: one for juice with fruit pulp, and one for no fruit pulp. The adjustment screws are labelled + and to show which direction to turn in order to increase or decrease the amount of concentrate. Note: The functions of the vents with and without fruit pulp are inverted. Therefore it is important that you follow the labels on the vents. Water valve: The water valve is connected to the vent and opens the water flow with a push of the appropriate button on the front panel. Push-buttons (or portion panel): The push-buttons on the front panel control the water valves. You can see 3 (or 4) push-buttons but you can press only one button at a time. Cooling system: The cooling system consists of a cooling block made of aluminium with built-in stainless steel pipes. Dispenser description Illustration Description Front panel: The front panel is divided into three parts: two plastic sheets (made of acrylic and opal) and a film in between. All parts are removable. The push-buttons for the products are located below the front panel. 5

6 Drip tray: The drip tray is made of stainless steel with steel bars, and position curves for the glass. Installation and user instructions Read the instructions carefully before you start working with this equipment. The equipment should be installed and serviced by trained staff. Illustration Description Unpack the dispenser from its packaging and ensure that nothing is damaged. Place the dispenser in position. Note: The I (IC) model of dispensers has more than 50 kg weight. Do not lift by door/front panel. Allow minimum clearance of 20mm around the frame for air circulation. Make sure that the dispenser is standing vertically. Adjustment is made with the adjustable feet. Inside the cabinet you will find accessories. Connect the water hose from the dispenser to the cold water supply. (Do not forget the seals). Turn on the water and check for leaks. 6

7 Installation and user instructions Illustration Description Connect the power plug to the wall socket. (The compressor starts cooling the system and the front panel lights up) The water pressure is factory-adjusted to 2.2 bars, which is the correct working pressure. Check by pressing and holding one product button and reading the water regulator. If there is a variation, remove the ventilation cover and adjust by pulling the black knob and turning it until you get a reading of 2.2 bar. (Don't forget to put a cup under the outlet before checking.) Place a bag-in-a-box in the dispenser and connect it to the pinch solenoid valve and vent. The tube is positioned by pushing the centre of the pinch solenoid valve and sliding the tube inside. Cut the tube to the correct length and locate it in the elbow connector of the vent. Place a cup under the outlet pipes. Dispense a glass of juice by pressing the product push-button. Check that the brix valve (mixing ratio) is in the right position, otherwise adjust. Adjustment of the brix is made by turning the adjustment screw on the vent. Follow the label on the vent to increase/decrease the brix value. After adjustment of the brix, the dispenser is ready for use. 7

8 Cleaning Illustration Description Daily cleaning: 1. Clean internal and external surfaces with a damp cloth. 2. Use the cleaning brush to clean the outlet pipes. 3. Wet the cleaning brush in water and put it into the outlet pipe from the inside of the door. 4. Clean the drip tray. 5. The drip tray is made of stainless steel and can be washed in a dishwasher. 6. For daily cleanings of ejectors and outlet pipes put the switch syrup flow on OFF (switch is on coolers OP 12 I, OP 12 IC, OP 13 I and OP 13 IC). Periodic cleaning 1. Disconnect the bag-in-a-box tube from the vent. 2. Fill the cleaning bottle with warm water and some washingup liquid and connect it to the vent. 3. Shut the dispenser door and put a cup under the outlet pipes. Rinse the vent and the outlet pipes by pressing the appropriate push-buttons. 4. Use the cleaning brush to clean the outlet pipes 5. Wet the brush in water and put it into the outlet pipe from the inside of the door. 6. Return the boxes and connect the tubes to the vents. 8

9 DISASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS Disassembling procedure must be done in accordance with law regulations related to: steel, plastic and other materials should be put aside by authorized person insulation material must be removed by authorized companies and persons Gases must be removed with special equipment by authorized companies and persons. Gas should never spread around in the room. Symbol of crossed can means that product at the end of its life cycle must be put apart from other waste, related with decreasing use of dangerous substances in electrical and electronic devices, and also in accordance with adequate waste disposal. Individual collection and recycling of this equipment allow us to avoid negative effects on environment, and we can recycle and again use some of the parts. Unauthorized disposal of units by users can be penalized in accordance with current low regulations Troubleshooting Problem Probable cause Solution Juice concentrate is dripping from the outlet pipe Almost nothing but water is coming from the outlet pipe. The drinks are not cold. Nothing happens when you push the buttons, and there is no clicking" sound. Only water is dispensed. The flavour is too strong/weak. Nothing happens when you push the button and there is a clicking" sound. The tube is not securely located in the pinch solenoid valve. The tube is kinked due to incorrect length. The tube is twisted. The bag is empty. Failure in thermostat. Failure in cooling system No power to the valves. A fuse in the transformer is broken. The pinch solenoid valve is not working properly. The bag is empty. The ejector is not adjusted correctly. Water supply turned off. Water regulator turned off or failed. The cooling coil has frozen. Put the tube properly into the pinch solenoid valve. Cut the tube to the correct length. Untwist the tube. Replace the bag. Replace thermostat Call service. Check the on/off switch inside the door. Disconnect dispenser from power and change fuse. Clean the pinch solenoid valve. Replace the bag. Adjust the brix. Check water supply. Check water regulator. Shut off water supply and call service. 9

10 Fluid drips constantly from the outlet pipes. The drinks are not cold enough. Trouble with cooling system There may be dirt in the water valve. The thermostat is not properly set. Shut off water supply. Open the water valve and clean it. Turn the adjustment screw 1mm at a time. See note 1. Contact the supplier or an authorised cooling company. Notes Note 1. The thermostat is factory-adjusted on 4ºC outlet temperature and each adjustment on the temperature in minus may cause the cooling system to freeze. Caution when adjusting the thermostat! Note 2. Frequent opening and closing of the door may cause ice build-up on the evaporator inside the cabinet, which decreases the cooling capacity. Related to the coolers which have cooling chamber (OP 12 IC and OP 13 IC). If this happens, please turn off the cooler and defrost the evaporator. Note 3. Oprema reserves the rights to change some in technical specification. 10

11 Uređaj Uputstvo za rad Uputstvo sadrži upute za instaliranje, korištenje i rukovanje uređajima. Ovo je uputstvo sastavni dio aparata, te treba biti uz aparat uvijek i prilikom svakog premještanja ili instaliranja kako bi se tehničko osoblje moglo njime poslužiti. Prije instaliranja i korištenja aparata, molimo pažljivo pročitati ovo uputstvo u kojem se nalaze važne informacije kako bi se svi postupci izveli na pravilan i siguran način. Oznaka aparata i karakteristike Svaki uređaj ima svoj vlastiti identifikacijski broj / kod. Taj se broj nalazi na pločici "Tehnički podaci". Pločica s tehničkim podacima je jedini način da se identificira uređaj; na njoj se nalaze potrebni podaci o uređaju koji trebaju konstruktoru / serviseru za identificiranje na brz i jednostavan način. Transport i skladištenje Kako bi izbjegli oštećenje uređaja, važno je njime rukovati pažljivo prilikom utovara i istovara. Može se koristiti dizalica za premještanje uređaja samo kada se uređaj nalazi na paleti. - NE preokretati uređaj - NE tresti uređaj ili pakiranje Uređaj mora biti smješten u prikladan i čist ambijent gdje je temperatura između 0-40ºC, pritom treba paziti da nema ostataka vode ili produkata u rashladnom uređaju. Ne postavljati aparate jedan iznad drugog, te obratiti pažnju da ih se postavi u vertikalnu poziciju kao što je naznačeno na pakiranju. Odlaganje ambalaže Kada se uređaj raspakira, potrebno je provjeriti da li je u ispravnom stanju. U slučaju bilo kakvih sumnji vezanih uz očuvanje uređaja unutar ambalaže, ne instalirati niti koristiti uređaj. Ambalaža uređaja mora biti uništena i uklonjena u skladu sa zakonskim normama. Postupci u slučaju neispravnosti Veći dio tehničkih problema može biti lako riješen pomoću jednostavnih zahvata. S tom svrhom molimo vas da pažljivo pročitate ovo uputstvo prije nego što nazovete servisnu službu ili proizvođača. U slučaju da bude nemoguće riješiti problem, korištenjem ovog uputstva, kontaktirajte firmu koja Vam je dostavila uređaje. Opis uređaja za točenje napitka Aparat je namijenjen za hlađenje vode te mješanje s koncentratom juice-a u konačan produkt. Uređaj je predviđen za točenje dva napitka i (nekarbonizirane) hladne vode ili (3 napitka i hladna voda). 11

12 Uređaj je spojen pomoću armiranog crijeva na priključak vode, te kablom na električnu mrežu. Pritisak vode reguliran je pomoću regulatora vode, a željeni pritisak je vidljiv na manometru. Hlađenje vode odvija se u rashladnom bloku. Temperatura vode se podešava pomoću termostata. Temperatura rashladne komore se podešava pomoću termostata (modeli IC). Udjeli vode i sirupa (juice-a) podešavaju se pomoću vijka na ejektorima. Točenje mješavine juice-a ili hladne vode omogućeno je pritiskom na jedan od tastera na prednjoj strani (vratima). Pomoću tastera aktiviraju se ventili koji kontroliraju istjecanje vode ili vode i juice-a. Mješavina juice-a: Koncentrat se vakuumski usisava u ejektor. Mješavina vode i koncentrata istječe kroz cijev za juice. Bag-in-box (za tip OP 12-2 kom, za tip OP13-3 kom) s juice koncentratom postavlja se jedan pored drugoga na policu iza vratiju. Uređaj se kompletno gasi ako se izvuče električni kabel iz utičnice za napajanje. Opis uređaja Slika Opis Regulator za vodu s manometrom: Regulator za vodu može se podesiti na pritisak do 6 bara. Podešeni pritisak vode pokazuje manometar 0 6 bar. Preporučeni pritisak je 2.2 bara. 12

13 Ejektori: Omjer mješavine vode i juice-a podešava se na ejektorima. Protjecanjem vode kroz ejektor koncentrat se usisava vakuumski. Iznos se regulira ručno, vijcima na ejektorima. Postoje dvije vrste ejektora: jedana za koncentrat s voćnim mesom a druga za koncentrat bez voćnog mesa. Uz vijak za podešavanje nalazi se + i oznaka koja pokazuje u kojem smjeru treba okretati vijak da bi se povećao ili smanjio udio koncentrata. Upozorenje: Smjer okretanja vijka treba izvesti prema oznakama na ejektoru i on je različit za isti efekat na ejektoru za koncentrat s ostatkom voća (mesa) u odnosu na ejektor za koncentrat bez ostatka voća (mesa). Ventil za vodu: Ventil vode je spojen na ejektor i otvara protok vode kod pritiska na taster na vratima. Tasteri (ili panel za porcioniranje): Tasteri na prednjim vratima kontroliraju venitle vode. Tamo su 3 (ili 4) tastera a istovremeno se smije pritisnuti samo jedan. Rashladni sistem: Rashladni sistem se sastoji od aluminijskog bloka u kojem su zalijane cijevi od nerđajućeg čelika. Opis uređaja Slika Opis Prednja stranica (reklama): Reklama se sastoji iz tri dijela. Između dviju plastičnih ploča nalazi se folija reklame. Svi dijelovi su demontažni. Tasteri za produkt nalaze se ispod reklame. 13

14 Sabirnik: Izrađen od nerđajućeg čelika s krivuljama za pozicioniranje čaša. Upute za instaliranje i korištenje Prije početka korištenja pažljivo pročitati upute. Uređaj mora biti instaliran i servisiran od strane stručnog osoblja. Slika Opis Odpakirati uređaj i uvjeriti se da je neoštećen. Postavi uređaj na njegovo mjesto. Upozorenje: uređaji modela I (IC) su teži od 50 kg. Ne podizati vrata / prednju stranicu. Ostavite prostor od minimalno 20 mm oko uređaja radi cirkulacije zraka. Provjerite da li je aparat postavljen vertikalno. Podešavanje vertikalnog položaja (niveliranje) izvesti pomoću podesivih nogu. U komori aparata smješten je pripadajući pribor aparata. Spojite armirano crijevo uređaja na priključak ambijantalne vode. Ne zaboraviti brtvu! Otvorite ventil vode i provjerite da li ima propuštanja. Upute za instaliranje i korištenje Slika Opis Spojiti električni kabel uređaja u utičnicu. (Kompresor počinje hladiti a prednja strana oplošja zasvijetli) 14

15 Odgovarajući radni pritisak od 2,2 bara je namješten tvornički. Provjerite pritiskanjem i držanjem tastera od jednog produkta pritisak manometra. Ako varira skinite ventilacijski poklopac i podesite regulator vode povlačenjem i okretanjem crnog kotačića dok se ne postigne pritisak od 2,2 bara. (Ne zaboravite postaviti čašu na izlaz prije provjere) Postavite bag-in-box u uređaj te ga spojite na elektromagnetski ventil te ejektor. Postavite cijev tako da pritisnete centar ventila te ugurate cijev sa strane. Odrežite cijev na odgovarajuću dužinu te spojite na priključak (koljeno) ejektora. Postavite čašu ispod izlaznih cijevi. Istočite čašu juice-a pritiskom na taster produkta. Provjerite da je brix vrijednost (omjer mješavine) u redu, u protivnom podesite. Podešavanje brix-a omogučeno je zakretanjem vijka za podešavanje na ejektoru. Slijedite oznake na ejektoru radi povećanja ili smanjenja brix-a vrijednosti. Nakon podešavanja brix-a, uređaj je spreman za upotrebu. 15

16 Čišćenje Slika Opis Svakodnevno čišćenje 1. Očistiti unutarnju i vanjsku površinu sa vlažnom krpom. 2. Za čišćenje izlaza slavina (cijevi) koristite četku za čišćenje. 3. Umočite četku za čišćenje u vodu i očistite izlaza iz unutrašnje strane prema van. 4. Očistite sabirnik 5. Sabirnik je napravljen od nerđajućeg čelika i može se prati u perilici za pranje posuđa. 6. Za unutar dnevno čišćenje ejektora, te izlaznih cijevi postaviti sklopku syrup flow na OFF (Sklopka se nalazi na uređajima OP 12 I, OP 12 IC, OP 13 I, te OP 13 IC) Povremeno čišćenje 1. Otpojite crijevo bag-in-box-a od ejektora. 2. Napunite bocu za čišćenje sa hladnom vodom i nekom tekućinom za pranje, te priključite je na ejektor. 3. Zatvorite vrata uređaja i stavite čašu ispod slavina (izlaznih cijevi). Pritiskom odgovarajuće tipke isperite ejektore, te izlaze slavina. 4. Za čišćenje izlaza slavina (cijevi) koristite četku za čišćenje. 5. Umočite četku u vodu i očistite cijev izlaza iz unutarnje strane prema van. 6. Prikopčajte crijeva bag-in-box-a na ejektor. 16

17 UPUTE ZA RASTAVLJANJE UREĐAJA Postupak rastavljanja aparata mora biti izvršen uz poštivanje zakonskih propisa vezanih uz: čelik, plastika i ostali materijal trebaju biti odloženi od strane odgovornih osoba izolacijski materijal mora biti uklonjen od strane ovlaštenih poduzeća i ovlaštenih osoba svaki oblik rashladnog plina (vidi označeno na etiketi) mora biti uklonjen sa posebnom opremom od strane ovlaštenog poduzeća i ovlaštenih osoba. PLIN SE NIPOŠTO NE SMIJE ŠIRITI PO PROSTORU. Simbol prekrižene kante prikazan na opremi ili ambalaži naznačuje da proizvod po završetku svog životnog ciklusa mora biti izdvojen posebno od ostalog otpada, a vezano uz smanjenje korištenja opasnih tvari u elektroničkoj i električnoj opremi, kao i adekvatno odlaganje otpada. Zasebno sakupljanje i recikliranje te opreme pridonosi izbjegavanju mogućih negativnih efekata na okoliš i zdravlje, te omogućuje da se ponovno iskoristi ili reciklira neki materijal od kojeg je oprema sastavljena. Neovlašteno odlaganje ovog proizvoda od strane korisnika uključuje mogućnost primjene zakonskih sankcija u skladu sa važećim zakonskim propisima. Otklanjanje problema (kvarova) Problem Mogući uzrok Riješenje Koncentrat juice-a istječe iz izlazne cijevi Izlazi voda s premalo juice-a Crijevo nije pravilno uloženo u elektromagnetski ventil Crijevo je stisnuto zbog nedovoljne dužine. Crijevo je zapetljano. Vrečica je prazna. Uložite crijevo pravilno u elektromagnetski ventil. Odrežite crijevo na pravilnu dužinu. Odpetljajte crijevo. Zamijenite vrečicu. Napitak nije hladan. Kvar u termostatu. Zamijenite termostat. Pritiskom tastera ništa se ne događa I ne čuje se "klik" Kvar rashladnog sistema. Nema struje u ventlima. Osigurač je prekinut. Zovite servis. Provjerite on/off sklopku na vratima s unutarnje strane. Isključite uređaj iz utičnice I zamijenite osigurač. 17

18 Istječe samo voda Elektro ventil juice-a ne radi pravilno. Vrečica je prazna. Očistite elektro ventil juice-a. Zamijenite vrečicu. Okus je prejak/preslab Ejektor je nepravilno podešen. Podesite brix. Ništa se ne događa pritiskom na taster iako se čuje "klik" Tekućina stalno kapa iz izlaznih cijevi. Napitak nije dovoljno hladan. Problemi sa sistemom za hlađenje. Zatvoren je dovod vode. Regulator vode je isključen ili pokvaren. Zaleđena je zavojnica vode. Mogućnost prisustva nečistoća u ventilu vode. Termostat nije pravilno podešen. Provjerite dovod vode. Provjerite regulator vode. Zatvorite dotok vode I zovite servis. Zatvorite dotok vode. Otvorite ventil vode I očistite ga. Zakreni kolo za podešavanje za 1mm. Vidi napomenu 1 Kontaktirajte dobavljača ili ovlaštenog distributera. Napomene Napomena 1. Termostat je tvornički postavljen na 4ºC izlazne temperature, te svako podešavanje termostata u minus može uzrokovati zaleđivanje sistema. Pažljivo podešavajte termostat. Napomena 2. Učestalo otvaranje i zatvaranje vratiju može uzrokovati stvaranje leda na isparivaču unutar aparata, što smanjuje kapacitet hlađenja. Vrijedi za modele uređaja sa hlađenjem komore (JM 12IC, JM 13IC) Ako se to dogodi, potrebno je odleđivanje isparivača na način da se uređaj isključi iz rada. Napomena 3. Oprema pridržava pravo promjena u svezi tehničkih poboljšanja. 18
