External Size: 109 x 105 x 90 cm (W x H x D) B. STRUCTURE 1. Chamber structure: Internal/External material all made by Acid-resistant/Alkali-resistant PVC board 2. Heat-up system: a. Saturated Air Cylinder Heater: 220V, 300W 1set b. Chamber Heater: 220V, 1000W 1set 3. Automatic control system: one step controller VT Drain and exhaust system: a. Drain pipe diameter: 1/2 b. 5 1. Power source 220V, single-phase 20A 2. Back of this tester should keep a distance from wall about 60cm; leave a space for maintenance/repair for both left and right side. 3. Main Power supply cord is a 3.5mm 2 black cable, please attach a NFB- No Fuse Breaker, or KS Switch (20A) 4. Drain Pipe should use 1/2inch PVC hard pipe, the drainpipe should lead downward direction. Exhaust pipe should use PVC 1.5 hard or soft pipe. Extend along the way to outdoor. Please note the installation method of exhaust pipe, should parallel to machine, lead upward or downward. (See following graph) 5. The installation location, please avoid sunshine directly, to prevent affection testing condition. 6. The installation position, should keep away from other electric facility or flammable object, to avoid dangerous. 7. This machine is made of PVC plastic, please do not bump to avoid crack, do not over the limitation of testing standard, to prevent deformation caused by over heating. 4 of 4, 2009/3/26

6 D. Trouble Shooting (When abnormal function occurred, check this table to eliminate breakdown.) Circumstances Cause How to Handle 1. The setup temperature of 1. Controller is out of order. 1. The position of sprayer adjustment device is too low. 2. The glass filter inside pre-heating tube blocked. 3. Setup of pressure is too low. 1. Air compressor is not running. 2. The valve gate of the Air compressor exit is closed. 3. Electromagnetic valve Breakdown. 2. Adjust Thermal protector to specified temperature. 3. 7 Alarm bell make a sound Air exhaust from Pressure-adjustment filter. There is a normal fog but Air compressor is not running. E. Maintenance 4. Disassemble nozzle and clean up. clogged. 1. Lack of water 1. Open the water-adding valve to increasing water level up to specified. 2. Over Heating. 2. Set up the safety switch (EGO) of Chamber temperature to 70, Saturated Air Cylinder temperature to No Salt-Solution. 3. Add in Salt-Solution. It is a normal condition of Operate as normal. Air Compressor whenever re-connect power cord. It is a normal condition; Air Operate as normal. Compressor has a self-protect function. 1. If tested time over one month, please replace the water inside the heat up water tank. 2. If the salt-solution is not in use for over a week, please do not use it, to prevent affect the testing quality. 3. Every 100hour, drain the accumulate water inside the air compressor. (Drain exit is under the air-storage tank of air compressor.) 4. Release the rotary button under the air compressor will be O. K. P. S.: Exhaust the pressure to 1kg/cm2 5. Every 2000hour, please replace the engine oil of air compressor. (* It is very important that when replacing engine oil, do not turn on the air compressor.) 6. If next test is going to continue after a long time, please clean up testing chamber after present test, and drain out the water inside the heat-up water tank. a. To drain out water inside heat-up water tank: Pull out the rubber cork on the bottom of the tank. b. To drain out water inside Partition Tank: Pull out the rubber cork on the central part of the machine. c. To drain out water of Salt-Solution pre-heating tube : Pull out the rubber cork inside the water tank. (Under the floating ball) d. To drain out Water of Saturated Air Cylinder: Open the water draining exit gate.

How to make Salt-solution 1. Use distilled water or pure water 20ppm and up, to melt first grade solution. (Prescription formula), the Standard Concentration of salt solution is 5 ± 1% (Under 33 ~ 35 and able to keep ~ is qualified Specific gravity.) *Measure Specific Gravity everyday. 2. PH value of solution will be change due to temperature; there are three method to adjust PH value: a. When temperature is 35, the PH value of spraying solution will change due to temperature increasing, when make adjustment, should keep the PH value under 6.5 or below. To Test: take 5 cc of ready solution, boil for 30 seconds, measure the PH value after cool down, the standard value is 6.5 ~ 7.2 b. Heat up distilled water to 60 and add NaCl, wait for 24 hours then use. In this way, the PH value will not change. c. Heat up distilled water to 35 and add NaCl, adjust the PH value to 6.5 ~ Adjust the PH value of solution by using thin resolution of Vinegar or Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) 7 of 7, 2009/3/26

9 4. The resolution must be complete melt and mix, and eliminate impurity content, thus ready to use. 5. The better Salt solution is NaCl first grade according to JIS-S-8150, if the ingredients include CaSO4 0.53%, MgCl2 0.25% KCl 0.10% and below, do not content harmful metal matter: NiNal H. Operating procedure 1. Turn on Power Switch 2. Set up required temperature inside the chamber (SET: 35 ) 3. Preset required temperature of compress air (SET: 47 ) 4. If test under a fixed-time is needed, turn timer switch on; if fix timing test is not required, turn off this timer. 5. Setup required testing time. 6. Complete set up: a. The operating procedure should execute after all preparation work is done. b. The setup method of temperature, please refer to operation manual of temperature controller. I. Maintain 1. If there is crystallized salt or rust on chamber, wipe with rubbing cloth or flush with water. 2. Wipe and keep clean of the machine surface. 3. Turn off all switch of this machine. 4. Replace engine oil of Air Compressor after a specified period of time. 5. When damage, breakdown is occurred, please call our service department for engineer or call local agent/distributor for repair service; please advise SERIES NO. MODEL NO. AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF BREAKDOWN. Attention: If handle the damage parts or repair without our authorization and consultation, we are free from any responsibility that stated in warranty. 8 of 8, 2009/3/26
