28 Why it works Master Rain Gardener is a cool-sounding title. Partnering with MSU Extension has paid off. Professionals and gardeners alike love having a title. Many gardeners aren t sure how to build a RG, even after reading the massive amount of info available online. Ability to ask individual questions about specific sites.
