The once beautiful bushes and trees had outgrown the space, obscuring the architectural features of the brick-and-stone construction. The landscape objective was to create a low maintenance plan that would highlight the home s beauty. Using a repeating pattern of boxwood hedges as the landscape s backbone, Seiler s used a number of hand-picked ornamental trees, bushes and perennials to give year-round interest. Because they tolerate cool to frost and now even warmer temperatures, they make the ideal flower choice for early spring in Cincinnati.
