Fresh herb leaves can be harvested as they grow. Harvest pumpkins when skin color is fully orange and stems turn brown.

Harvesting will promote further production of fruit. Expect to harvest up to several times per week. omatoes Harvest Window: July 25 End of season (alsa Garden) luck tomatoes when fruits mature in color to orange or red (Depending on variety). Mature fruits should have a slight give when given a gentle squeeze. Ripe tomatoes should snap easily from the vine just above the fruit.
