1 Warning device for Grease Interceptors Features Assembly supply Monitoring of overflow and back pressure Monitoring of layer thickness of fat, oil and grease (FOG) Visual and acoustic alarm Connection to central monitoring system DIN rail mountable Function The warning device is used for monitoring of grease interceptors. Over up to two sensors in the interceptors the warning device can monitoring following functions: Monitoring of fat layer thickness, i. e. when a given percentage of the max. accumulation capacity for fat has been reached Monitoring of liquid overflow, i. e. when the outlet is blocked The warning device has a built-in acoustic alarm and LEDs which show the actual operation mode. Furthermore there are two independent, potential-free change over contacts for the connection of central monitoring system or external remote alarms.
