49 PCMS OVERVIEW Plant Condition Management Software Model KPI Management Asset Management Calculation Engine Vast amounts of data are needed to manage the plant inspection environment. Coupled with advanced inspection capabilities of our parent company MISTRAS Group Inc., UAS collected data and PCMS provides the services and software to enable you to capture, manage, analyze and report the information you need to manage plant asset condition. Central Database (UAS Data) PCMS is relational database software that stores and analyzes asset inspection data and determines corrosion rates, next inspection dates, retirement limits and flags suspect areas for follow up inspections. External Interfaces Inspection Execution Inspection Planning PCMS is designed to consolidate all your asset and inspection data (equipment design and operating data, drawings, documents, inspection history, repairs, reports and inspection plans) and place it at your fingertips in one system. 49
