11 AHC Process Implementation AHC Preparation Data from last inspection (2013) is selected for AHC process Perform historical setup Perform data indexing Preparation would take 16 hours for 2 SGs (total of 24,000 tubes) Auto setup with over 20 AHC channels Enhanced Auto Data Screening (EADS) is used for AHC Auto Analysis setup with detection on AHC Channel 3 AHC Channel 1 and AHC Channel 5 are used for confirmation AHC run time is about 1 second per tube 11

13 AHC Field Implementation Results Approximately 4000 periphery tubes were analyzed with AHC 300 I codes (DTI) were called by AHC, analyst kept 4 Lead analyst kept 3 DTI for supplemental array exam where they are confirmed as historical anomaly 13

19 Conclusions AHC alignment performs well most of the time when joining 2 historical tube halves against current full length tube AHC optimization works well and is able to keep up with high speed Zephyr acquisition (120 ips) Correlation between AHC channels minimizes overcall Overcall is setup to be conservative for first field implementation AHC provides for added defense in depth above traditional analyses on detection of loose part wear 19
