Incorporated in 1994, the dynamic company marked its 20th anniversary 2014 in business. This is in keeping with the company s commitment to monitoring and responding to the needs of the market. Almoe Group is a multi million dollar company with more than 400 employees. The audio visual systems division specializes in the design, supply and integration of a wide variety of audio visual equipment, and has strategic partnerships with major suppliers to offer a custom solution that compliments clients needs. Almoe AV Systems acts as Almoe Group's front end company for all specialist integration projects that require total professional expertise. Almoe AV Systems is a member of Infocomm International and encourages participation in their training programs. A number of our staff already hold Certified Technology Specialist Certification (CTS) and CTS-I and CTS-D.

6 SOME OF OUR REFERENCE PROJECTS The Meydan Hotel Dubai, UAE Positioned so as to have excellent views of all the Dubai Racing Club and Dubai World Cup action this 5 star hotel has received a high level of audio visual fit out for which Almoe has provided design, engineering and installation. Specifically this includes the Ballroom, meeting rooms, restaurants, bars and back ground music systems. The Ballroom is a divisible space required to cater for a wide variety of functions and events. Meydan Grandstand - Dubai, UAE From a hospitality perspective the Grandstand includes several restaurants, food courts, suites and bars. As a part of Almoe s comprehensive installation of Audio Visual systems to this venue the hospitality areas received outfitting with back ground music systems tailored to each of the spaces. Equipped with centralized management and local control for the Maître d and bar staff to adjust the ambience and mood of each locality for their clientele. Almoe has also been responsible for Digital Signage, House TV and Broadcast systems within the venue as well as providing the Broadcast engineers for events such as the Dubai World Cup. Shiba Restaurant - Meydan Hotel, Dubai, UAE The Shiba Restaurant, a fine dining experience located in the Meydan Hotel is one of several bars and restaurants for which Almoe was asked to provide Audio Visual outfitting. Working in close coordination with the Architect, interior designers, owner and property operator the system design for the restaurant was developed to meet the requirements and budgets of all the stake holders.

7 SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Mall of the Emirates - Video Wall Almoe AV Systems has completed work on the installation of the largest indoor LCD video wall in Dubai s Mall of the Emirates. The installation comprises of 54 Samsung 55-inch LCD screens to create the display wall on the first floor of the mall. The nine wide by six high, matrix wall is fed with corporate promotional videos and public signage messages. The team worked closely with a structural contractor to design and build a rugged back steel support for installing the display wall mounts. Chief s video wall mounts are distributed precisely to ensure the performance from of the ultra-thin feature of the UD 55 is maximized. The installed screens offer 60Hz direct-lit LED LCD technology with 5,000:1 contrast ratio and glare is minimized by having an anti-reflective coating over tempered glass. Each of the displays are equipped with SBB modules and wired in a single network, which Samsung s signage solution, Magic Info, operates through. The Displays are also wired in DVI loops to ensure the source content remains at full HD resolution with every operation. The control is achieved by HP Ethernet and power distribution is handled with APC power sequencers. Samsung s Multi-display controller software is used for switching the displays for power status and its source selection needs. The Almoe AV Systems team worked at a minimum height of 11m and during the mall shutdown period to ensure little, or no, disruption to mall activities.

8 SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Student Life - New York University Abu Dhabi, UAE As a part of Almoe s comprehensive Audio Visual Systems fit out for the New York University s Sama Tower the Student Life facility within the Tower provides for the leisure and recreational needs of the campus including Gymnasiums, Lounges, Cafés, Bars, a dining hall and recreational areas. Systems in this project include; background music, IPTV for television and signage, MATV and systems for the meeting and conference rooms. Jumeirah Golf Clubhouse Dubai, UAE. Installed ready for the Dubai Open the Jumeirah temporary golf club house audio systems were designed and installed by Almoe to a tight schedule to meet the requirements of the Club s golfing calendar. The Clubhouse includes a pro shop, first floor restaurant and locker rooms. In addition to Background Music for the Clubhouse portable sound equipment was provided in simple to use roll around cases to facilitate speeches and presentations at ad-hoc locations both at the Clubhouse and around the property. Eastern Mangrove Hotel Abu Dhabi, UAE Almoe was appointed to provide the installation and engineering for the US consultant led Audio Visual systems within the Eastern Mangrove Hotel. Our work on this project includes systems for the ballrooms, conference rooms, restaurants, gardens and public spaces. Amwaj Rotana Hotel Dubai, UAE Located at Jumeriah Beach resort in Dubai the Amwaj Rotana Hotel was outfitted with Background Music and Foreground music systems for its Pool Bar DJ locations. Open all day the pool bar clientele changes gradually from morning thru lunch and into the night and as a part of the entertainment the music systems and the energy they bring to the venue move from background music to DJ party following the evolution of the Pool bar s patrons.

9 SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Dubai Autodrome Kartdrome, Dubai, UAE In addition to its excellent Formula track and Grandstand the Dubai Autodrome s state of the art complex also features an international standard 1.2kM outdoor Kart track and a challenging indoor track. Almoe were invited to install Public Address and background music systems for these facilities and as a result of the success of these installations we were again invited to carry out further works on the PA BGM systems for the main Grandstand and complex. Dubai Autodrome Dubai, UAE The Dubai Autodrome plays host to many of the racing calendar s major events including the FIA GT Championship, World Touring Car Championship, A1GP, World Series by Renault, Toyo Tires 24 Hours Endurance Series and the GP2 Asia series. A vital part of the business case for any sporting venue is its suites and corporate hospitality venues. Almoe s initial work at the Autodrome included background music systems for the hospitality suites and has subsequently been extended to include the Audio control system for the previously installed Grandstand PA system. Trilogy Night Club Madinat Jumeirah Dubai, UAE Design and installation for the Trilogy Nightclub was provided by Almoe. The result; a club with thundering sub bass, crystal clear highs and a mid-range to bring the subtlest vocal to the fore. In the engine room state of the art digital sound processing and stacks of amplification work as a tight drive chain to the loudspeaker system. The Club s vertical lighting pods have been designed to match the unique architecture of the space without limiting their ability to provide an exciting and dynamic dance floor environment.

10 SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Grand Millennium Tower Hotel Dubai, UAE For the Grand Millennium Almoe has installed and designed systems for the hotel s Ballroom, board room, conference and meeting rooms and roof top pool bar. For the hotel s business guests and meeting organizers' video conferencing was considered a critical function for the meeting spaces. To meet this goal and maintain an ROI for the equipment a semi integrated portable video conference system was designed, allowing the more costly components to be located where and when required but leveraging the rooms installed systems (displays, audio, etc.) for an improved VC experience. Environmental controls for lighting and shades was also included and integrated with the Audio Visual systems for seamless operation. Sharjah Wedding Hall Sharjah, UAE The Sharjah wedding hall is good example of a straightforward clean installation where Almoe has supplied a live sound system, background music, CCTV (closed circuit television) and Access control, meeting the requirements of the Hall s operators and contributing, we hope to the enjoyment of the happy couples. We feel that for all levels of project it is important to provide a high standard of installation and pay the same attention to detail on simpler projects as we would on high profile installations.

11 SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. The Madinat is a slick mix of old and new, a traditional souk market peppered with designer names surrounded by a quayside of dhows, restaurants, bars and cafés and flanked by two grand boutique hotels. The architecture a reflection of traditional styles topped with wind towers and interiors are opulently Arabic. The resort includes conference and banqueting facilities, grand ballrooms, a 1000-seat amphitheatre and extensive leisure and health facilities. The main multi-purpose arena hosts conferences, exhibitions and concerts and incorporated in the resort is a 400 seat theatre complex which is equipped to take international shows. The senior and junior ballrooms adjoining the Arena are generally used for gala dinners, product launches, weddings, corporate seminars and hospitality. They have individual suites which are separated by heavy wooden panels whose walls have been acoustically treated allowing functions to be scalable, yet with few restrictions on noise pollution. The ornate ceilings neatly conceal trusses and fly points for lighting rigs to be erected with XLR points and sockets for speaker, video and lighting connections. Three hidden floor chambers in each banquet hall also act as insert points for multicore connections between a rental company s console and the car park below (for OB vehicles) or linking to the main stages of each room. Each Restaurant in the resort has its own music controls for source and volume and the extensive indoor mall of souks and boutique shops in the complex is equipped with a music and voice evacuation system. Audio is a supporting role in the grand scheme, building ambiance and creating mood, in conjunction with the architecture, interior design, natural light and lighting. The various audio systems are clean, effective, ultra-discrete and user-friendly, blending in as specified by the interior designer. If only the decorators had not plugged up some of the ceiling speaker grilles with gold leaf.

12 SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Sun Tower,Yas Island Abu Dhabi, UAE The 60 metre Sun Tower provides stunning views over the Yas Island Formula 1 track s racing action. This iconic building features lighting control systems designed and installed by Almoe. There are many areas of our projects we would like to share with you but rather than expand on these here if you see a specific technology, topic or application here that is of interest we will be more than happy to elaborate on our approach and experience in that area. Alternatively we would be pleased for the relevant designer or engineer to provide an explanation at the appropriate level for either the end user or technologists. Credit Suisse Credit Suisse, for someone who cares and manages other s assets and financial management, a reliable communication methodology and state of art presentation system was nothing less than necessary. Almoe s expertise becomes their favourites and the result was their ultimate satisfaction. Crestron Digital Media is in use for routing the AV signals between the sources and displays thus reduced the bulk of analogue cables. 65 Wall displays are used in meeting venues instead of projection. Biamp, Tannoy and Extron Solutions routed audio and controls through wireless touch panels.
