2 Buoy light E821 The smart buoy light E821 is a local control system of a buoy consisting of one or two LED-based light source, a built-in solid state flasher, a GPS receiver and a GSM communication controller. The light can be integrated into a remote control and monitoring system and be used in sea buoys, pier lights, or on various moving vessels. The E821 lights are currently available in one of five colours: red, green, white, yellow or blue. The assembly consists of a light unit with a shock proof acryllic lens for the focussing of the light beam, and of marine grade aluminium enclosure with a flange for mounting of the light, and cable plugs. The flanges are available in two versions making the lights usable in different buoys (see Technical Specification 2). The GPS and GSM antennas are located on the top of the light. In order to protect the lights against mechanical shocks and harsh environmental conditions the lights should be installed under a polycarbonate cupola. Features the solid state flasher of the system is built using a programmable microcontroller performing the control of flashing of the light in accordance with the pre-configured light patterns, and daylight switching ON and OFF of flashing by the light-sensor communication with the remote control and monitoring system (centre) via public switched or GSM900 mobile telephone network. 5 LED Buoy Lights Family E822 The Buoy Lights of the family E822 utilize high-efficient LED technology to provide omnidirectional flashing light beam to be used as in sea buoys as well on shore. The lights consist of one or two LED based light sources, of a built-in flasher, and of marine grade aluminum enclosure with a flange and cable plugs. The flanges are available in two versions making the lights usable in different buoys (see Technical Specification 2). The lights are currently available in one of the five colours: red, green, white, yellow, or blue. Under the flange a telecommunication controller with GPS receiver can be installed, the antenna of which will be fixed on the top of the light. Using this additional equipment the lights can be integrated into a remote control and monitoring system. In order to protect the lights against mechanical shocks and harsh environmental conditions the lights installed under a polycarbonate cupola. The visibility range of the lanterns depending on the colour is from 2.6 up to 3.6 nm when using one light source, and from 3.3 up to 4.9 nm when using two light sources. 8 Omnidirectional LED Lights Family E825 The Omnidirectional Lights of the family E825 utilize highly efficient LED technology to provide omnidirectional flashing or steady light beam for use in coastal applications, as well as on various moving vessels. The lights consist of one to five LED based omnidirectional light sources with lenses, of a built-in solid state flasher, and of a marine grade aluminum case with a flange and cable plugs. Three customer-selectable lense types with different optical properties can be used for light beam formation to provide a required vertical divergence of 5, 10, or 20 degrees. The lights are currently available in one of the five colours: red, green, white, yellow, or blue. 10 Omnidirectional LED lanterns E8272 The lanterns of the product family E8272 (hereafter, Lanterns) utilize high-efficient LED technology to provide high intensity omnidirectional light beam for application in shorebased navigational lights and are designed for long term operation in harsh environmental conditions. An E8272 Lantern consists of a light sensor, of a controllable power supply for LEDs, and of an overvoltage protector. Light operation is controlled either by optional built-in flasher, or by auxiliary flasher of any type. The Lanterns are typically supplied with adjustable mounting feet for levelling, and a hardwired power and control cable of 5 m length. Optionally, the Lanterns can be equipped with power connector. 12 LED Range Lights E8511, E8512 The E8511 and E8512 Range Lights utilize LED technology to provide narrow high intensity light beam, controlled by a built-in flasher. They consist of marine grade aluminium case, hot zinc coated base plate and polycarbonate light unit housing for the LED matrix, flasher unit and power supply. The light unit is protected to IP67 and, furnished with a silica gel humidity absorber package. The light E8512 differs from the light E8511 by being without steel base plate. This light will be fixed to the host structure by a bent fringe. The lights can be installed on site without any additional cupola. The direction of the light beam is adjustable 12 degrees around both vertical and horizontal axes using a detachable sight. 15 LED Range Light E8551 The Range Light E8551 utilize high-efficient LED technology to provide narrow high intensity light beam guaranteeing the visibility range up to 14 nautical miles at nighttime. The light consists of a light unit and, of marine grade aluminium case. The light unit consists of transparent polycarbonate front cover and of anodized back cover which is used also for dissipation of the heat. The lights are currently available in one of the three colours: red, green, or white. On the site of installation the light will be fixed by a hot zinc coated base plate. The direction of the light beam around horizontal axis is adjustable by rotation of the case with the light unit. Around vertical axis the direction of the light beam is adjustable by deflection of the light unit. 17 LED Range Light E8553 The Range Lights E8553 utilize highly efficient LED technology to provide narrow high intensity light beam for application in range lights. The light is controllable by an external flasher, and it consists of a light unit, and of a marine grade aluminum enclosure. The light unit is mounted on a black heat dissipation radiator of marine grade aluminum, and it is covered with a transparent front cover. In the light unit there are mounted powerful LEDs with individual lenses, and a controllable power supply unit. The lights are currently available in one of the three colors: red, green, or white. On the site of installation the light will be mounted by a hot zinc coated base plate. The direction of the light beam around horizontal axis is adjustable by rotation of the case with the light unit. Around vertical axis the direction of the light beam is adjustable by deflection of the light unit. For more accurate direction of the light beam an optical sight can be used. 21 LED Stripe Lanterns Family E891 Stripe lanterns family E891 utilize LED high-efficient technology to provide stripe shaped light pattern for long-term operation in land-based aids to navigation. The LEDs of the lanterns are imbedded into a hermetic plastic tube and, the lanterns will be delivered in three versions with red, green and, white light. The normal position of the lanterns is vertical, being fixed on a horizontal base plate. When using in other position the top of the lanterns must also be fixed with ±2 mm free space in order to avoid thermal stresses of the tube. Remote control is used for switching ON and OFF of the lanterns and the proper operation of them is indicated by a diagnostic signal.
