Discounts will vary by product line. Pre-pay discounts require payment prior to shipping; credit cards are charged when items ship. Terms Net 30-day terms available on accounts with approved credit. Otherwise orders must be prepaid. Past Due Invoices are subject to interest charges and a $25 late fee. Continual late payment will result in prepayment or cash only terms, or termination. Shipping All orders are shipped UPS Ground, pre-paid, unless clearly specified on the customer order. A nominal shipping and handling charge will be added to actual freight charges on the invoice. Restocking fee: 20% restocking charge (15% if returned in unopened boxes). Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping charges unless a shipment is made in error. No returns on private label goods or custom-ordered items. Goods shipped to customer more than 90 days prior to return request are not returnable. Samples Samples are invoiced at published prices and may be returned within 30 days in new condition for a full credit. Freight charges are not credited and must be paid upon return of the sample.
