The Banham Group is still owned and run by the Banham Family and the company s present Chairman is the founder s Grandson, taking the company into it s third generation. 5 BANHAM LOCKS The Banham Key Registration System Banham has the most effective key registration system, protected by Patents on all our new keys & high security locks. Whilst others may purport to offer such a system, Banham offers an exclusive, totally reliable and foolproof system, on the basis that our latest key section is protected by the law of patent. You can feel secure in the knowledge that your keys cannot be copied without your consent. We will only copy keys for people registered or authorised on our registration system & in possession of a Banham Gold Key Card. We hold on record the number of keys that you have copied for your added security. Our door locks are Insurance approved to British Standard 3621 & All your locks can work from one single Banham key. 11 CONCEALED BOLTS H103 Hinge Reinforcing Bolts These robust bolts are designed to secure the hinge side of the door and come into operation automatically when the door is closed. A must for all exit doors. R102 Mortice Rack Bolt * fitted in pairs. It is suitable for fitting to internal doors or to the top of French doors. Optional fixed or detachable key. This lock can be supplied with 178mm boxed striker plate embodying a boxed recess as additional protection. Size: 67mm. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome. R104 Cylinder Mortice Rack Bolts * for Internal & French Doors. The R104 is a more sophisticated version of the R102 and is ideal for fitting to glass panelled doors as it features differing keys. 12 WINDOW LOCKS FOR SASH WINDOWS W107 Sash Window Lock This key operated lock enables a window to be locked shut or open in two positions, allowing fresh air in while giving protection. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome. W121 Sash Stops Enables a window to be locked in open or closed position. Finish: Polished Chrome / Satin Brass. FOR WOOD CASEMENT & FRENCH WINDOWS W104 W105 Mortice Rack Bolts Security bolts for wood casement and wood French windows. Fitted to top & bottom of French door. Protects against intruders who break the glass in order to operate the casement handle. Size: W104 30mm, W105 45mm. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome. W106 Casement Windows & Fanlight Locks This lock is specially made for rebated and narrow stile wooden framed casement windows and fanlights. These are at right angles to the reception plate and secured into the stile by a heavy fixed thread. When locked it tightens the stile to the frame for maximum security. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome / Black / White

13 B119 Banham Multi-Purpose Bolt Designed to give security to French doors and inward opening casement windows. The multipurpose bolt incorporates: solid long shoot bolt and cylinder key security. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome. FOR ALUMINIUM & METAL WINDOWS W108 Lock for Aluminium & Metal Windows This key operated lock enables a window to be locked shut in the closed position only. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome. Available for left and right hand hung casement windows. W109 Cylinder Lock for Metal Windows This key operated lock enables a window to be locked shut in the closed position only. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome / Black / White. W115 Dome Screw Lock for Metal Windows For all types of metal casement windows and fanlights. This lock also works independently of the handle, has no accessible fixing screws and has a flush rebate fitting to prevent prising off frame. Finish: Polished Brass / Chrome. 10

Internal Security Fire Doors & Frames These door sets are laminated with a hardwood solid core and have a 30 minute & 60 minute fire rating. Planted mouldings can be added to the face of the door to give a panelled effect. Quality, Fire resistant flush doors. 30/30 rating or 60/60 primed or various veneers to BS476 Part 22. 15 Panelled Doors Banham security doors are available in any design. The panels in Banham doors are fitted with an integral 1.5mm steel sheet for added strength. Panelled doors are constructed from Accoya, a chemically treated, and pressure treated softwood suitable for all high quality applications. Other timbers are available depending on the application required. We supply any door or door and frame to the precise dimensions required. Bespoke designs available on request. Door and frames are available with security glass either clear or frosted. Fanlights with fonts and numerals. This is why we are able to offer a level of reassurance that can t be offered elsewhere, with more transparency when it comes to the provenance of our products and the sustainability of our manufacturing processes. Yet increasingly the demand for British products is also about the recognition of high-quality, high-end design as British designers and manufacturers become internationally recognised for innovation and quality. Banham take the design of its products seriously and whilst manufacturing a new piece can take a couple of days in the factory, the work done in developing and designing a new product or collection spans months, if not years. The development of design technology has certainly contributed to our ability to explore new design and the aim is to produce products that offer excellence in both form and function. 19 GATES, GRILLES & SHUTTERS Security Gates Be safe when you open your front door. Banham anti-bandit gates provide an effective barrier to undesirables. The high security version is ideal to withstand a prolonged attack, and comes with its own steel frame and two high security mortice locks. All gates can be operated with the same key as your front door. ANTI-BANDIT GATE RAL / BS colours available. HIGH SECURITY GATE Collapsible gates give protection to windows and doors. Manufactured using galvanised steel. Powder coated paint finish, fitted with special Banham security tracking and secured by high security Banham locks. 21 Security Shutters CONTINENTAL SHUTTERS Continental Shutters have become a frequent security choice for both commercial & residential properties alike. The uniquely neat finish of Security Shutters, due to the compact aluminium boxes & slim line design, offer a smaller shutter box. When fitted, the shutter offers exceptional strength as well as thermal & sound insulation, shading, blackout and privacy. Suitable for higher security applications. Available in white / brown and RAL / BS colours. Spans widths of up to 5 metres. Operation can be with a switch / key or remote control. RAL / BS colours available. STEEL ROLLER SHUTTERS The classic steel roller shutter is ideal for industrial installations for both internal and external applications, offering protection against burglary and vandalism. Roller Garage Doors Combining great design and exceptional build quality, offering attractive effortless protection for your home. 22 SAFES & GUN CABINETS Free Standing Safes Nearly all our safes can be supplied with key, combination or digital locking and some are available with the new fingerprint recognition system. We also offer a wide range of options and services that include delivery, installation and floor bolting. Banham are the only company with the Secured by Design accreditation for safes. Safes and Security Cabinets The need for secure storage facilities to protect valuables at home is becoming as important as it is in commercial premises, with insurers requiring more and more people to buy safes as a condition of continuing insurance. The method of locking is by either key, combination or both, and digital lock. Fire-Resistant Cabinets Banham have an extensive range of fire resistant safes and filing cabinets for storing documents and other media. 25 INTRUDER ALARMS We offer a range of alarm systems to suit small domestic properties right through to larger private properties & commercial installations. Alarm Systems can be individually designed to meet your requirements and your insurance requirements. All installations comply with the NPCC Policy, BS 8243:2010 /DD263 & European Standard BS EN / PD6662 requirements and NSI certified. We offer a lifetime guarantee on any systems connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre on a fully Police monitored contract. ALARM BELL BOX Routine Maintenance Inspections: Our team of trained engineers can regularly check your system is in good working order. The system is checked during all annual inspection visits and all batteries are replaced. Our Emergency Service Department is available 24 hrs/day with attendance within 4 hours. Your alarm panel has Automatic Remote Maintenance (ARM) software, which verifies that your entire system is fully functional. Full reports on the status of your system can be uploaded and checked instantly - this can be printed and copied to you if required, and is operated in accordance with DD263. KEYPAD AND FOB 22

26 REMOTE MONITORING Monitoring Your Alarm with the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC): Banham provides 24 hour monitoring for all types of alarm & CCTV systems. You can choose your own level of response: Fully Monitored system with 24 hour Keyholder and Police Response. Keyholder Response only - for clients who do not require Police response but would like the added security & peace of mind. The ARC will contact your nominated keyholders to advise of an alarm activation of any kind. Keyholder Response with Panic Button to Police (PAB). Clients who do not require their system fully connected to the Police but who require the extra peace of mind of being able to reach the Police in an absolute emergency can opt to have just their Panic Button connected for a Police response - this option is only available through a digital communicator connection. (Note: Banham can also provide bells only systems with PAB only to the Police, subject to a telephone line being connected).
