16 F) FIRE ALARM At Dolphin, fire alarm system is designed to detect the unwanted presence of fire by monitoring environmental changes associated with combustion. Any project starts with a Fire Risk Assessment, involves a comprehensive assessment of all sites and buildings. Based on the results of the assessment, we then design and install fire alarm equipments to ensure new and existing buildings comply with Fire Regulations and maintain structural fire integrity. We then develop an ongoing maintenance plan to suit the system and the environment to which it is installed. Our fire alarm system is classified as either automatically actuated, manually actuated, or both. Our fire alarm systems are intended to notify the building occupants to evacuate in the event of a fire or other emergency, report the event to an off-premises location in order to summon emergency services, and to prepare the structure and associated systems to control the spread of fire and smoke. 18 A) CHILLERS - SCREW AIRCOOLED DOLCOOL branded DAS series Air Cooled Chillers are available in capacities from 112 KW to 700KW, are suitable for most commercial and industrial liquid Cooling/Heating applications. They are Complete factory assembled and ready to operate after connection to power and water supplies. These chillers are dependable, quite, complete systems include compressors (Screw), operating and safety controls, internal power and control wiring, built in flow switch and pump On /Off control and are charged with refrigerant (R134a) at the factory. The unit capacity can be varied by staging the compressors in response to variations in return water temperature. A factory supplied wired remote control centre displays the inlet and outlet water temperature, system status and alarm conditions. Chillers On/Off operation and temperature setting also possible through this remote control centre which can be installed as far as 1000 m away from the chiller according to the users convenience. The operation of the chilled water pump also can be controlled through the Remote Control Centre. Each Unit is factory operated and performance tested at various controlled ambient and water temperature conditions. DAS series Chillers are engineered to provide trouble free operation at ambient temperature conditions as high as 55C. FEATURES Compact Chiller, Easy for lifting, shifting and erecting. These Compact packages require little space. No special foundation work or machine room for installation is required. Simple to Operate, The DAS series are equipped with fully automatic devices. 22 C) FAN COIL UNIT A fan coil unit (FCU) is a simple device consisting of a heating or cooling coil and fan. It is part of an HVAC system found in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Typically a fan coil unit is not connected to ductwork, and is used to control the temperature in the space where it is installed, or serve multiple spaces. It is controlled either by a manual on/off switch or by thermostat. FEATURES Testing Our Products have been checked in the integration test center. 24 E) SWIMMING POOL HEAT PUMP A heat pump is a refrigerator working in reverse. It draws the outside air through an evaporator which collects the free heat from the air, which even at a paltry 10 C, amounts to five free units for every two you pay for. The heat collected from the evaporator is discharged at the condenser through which the swimming pool water is pumped on its way from the filter and back to the pool. The heat pumps are fully automatic so our customers doesn't have the trouble of constantly monitoring the heating/cooling of their pool. Heat Pumps are super efficient with COP (coefficient of performance) of up to 5:1. Our Quality Heat Pump provide the solution to pool heating/cooling which will reliably and economically heat/cool a swimming pool, regardless of ambient air temperature.
