We undertake contracting jobs for installation, operation and maintenance of a range of products in these areas. This was among the first divisions of Ali Alghanim & Sons Group of Companies. The division began in humble ways and grew over the years to be among the top five companies within the industry, partnering with prestigious international brands. Today, we serve a very wide market segment and provide complete turnkey solutions in a variety of fields touching every major aspect of living - from environment control to water-use cycle and safety and security. Our service and maintenance teams, with their fleet of vehicles, ensure that professional technicians attend to every single service call on time. The high demand in the market for our services gives us the edge to enter mega projects in both the public and private sectors. We look at every project as an opportunity to create a difference to the market, and come up with the most innovative solutions that set new industry standards. The division now specializes in supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of a range of products in the fields of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water supply systems, firefighting, and building management. The division employs a team of engineers, qualified project support executives and technicians, and operates a mega fleet of heavy and light vehicles to offer after-sales service round the clock. Today, it is rare to see a project, be it in the private sector or public sector, which does not subscribe to our services. We undertake contracts with prestigious companies for the installation, operation, service and repair of mechanical and electrical heating systems, ACs and refrigerators. We provide flexible options to clients with different service packages, including all or some of our services, according to project needs. We also offer long-term and short-term contract options, apart from renewable contracts contingent upon the development of the project. The division is well-known in the market for its outstanding services in the cooling systems. Our operations extend over a range of services including water coolers, ACs, refrigerators, ice makers and chilled water and many more. There are three key factors that we lay great store by: quality, time and price. We make sure that we deliver high quality services in quick time for the best price. And that is our success formula. Along with installation, operation and maintenance, we also provide auxiliary services such as Air Duct Cleaning Service. In a country which is known for its dusty conditions, AC ducts have to be maintained clean. It is not merely an issue of hygiene and has larger health significance. We provide air-duct cleaning service with a professional edge that helps us deliver highly satisfactory results. The free-stand model is more suited for halls and temporary erections such as tents. It comes in capacities between 30,000 and 60,000 btu/hr.the cassette model is compact and is easy to mount. It comes in capacities ranging between 24,000 and 60,000 btu/hr. The ceiling or floor model offers flexible mounting options. Central DX Units Centralized AC systems are ideal for cooling large areas and creating evenly spread temperature conditions. With concealed ducts connecting the main unit to the interiors, centralized AC systems provide the least intrusive options to the layout of the interior design. Our Central DX Unit comes as packaged and ducted-split units in capacities ranging between 80,000 btu/hr and 300,000 btu/hr.

Another area of expertise of our technical team includes water filters and water heaters. Some of our important ongoing projects in water filters cover a variety of applications in large complexes and companies across Kuwait. We provide point-of-use installation and service of electric water heaters for general hot water applications. We cover both residential and commercial projects in a range of capacities.

9 What We Offer Fire Protection & Safety (WORMALD) Alghanim-Wormald Safety & Security Systems W.L.L. provide products and turnkey solutions to all of the oil, gas, power and commercial sectors. These works include sprinkler, water spray, Clean Agent Inergen Fire Suppression, Dry Powder, Vesda, foam, gas and detection systems incorporating the technology of our international partner Tyco and sister companies. Fire systems are mandatory in all Industrial & commercial buildings and come under the building code in Kuwait s law. We provide comprehensive solutions in this field enhancing the safety of our clients through our wide range of services. We have the contract of several important buildings and complexes in the state for the installation and maintenance of firefighting devices. Through our services, many of these sites have been declared 100 percent safe by the Authorities after due inspection. Our fire safety systems help in being forewarned and preventing serious damage in the case of an accident. Some of the safety systems include smoke detectors, fire alarms, water sprinklers, fire dampers and fire-proof safes and cabinets. Building Control & Management System We undertake contracts for the complete control and monitoring of mechanical and electrical appliances in buildings including ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems and security systems.
