The small pink powder-puff flowers make it a very attractive ground cover. It will readily seed itself in the garden and can become a nuisance if it is not managed. Chamaerops humilis cerifera Silver European Fan Palm The European fan palm is a cold-tolerant palm that will grow to 15 feet tall.
