After the design stage, we allocate a single Project Manager to choose the materials for the prototypes, providing the reliability, flexibility and skill of a specialist. It is a process that transforms the what into how. It gives form to your ideas, adopting elements and materials that best reflect the concept. This is the moment in which a large vision is broken down into minute parts and then reassembled to create the final work. The Project Manager coordinates the team and the different stages of the work like the conductor of a fine orchestra playing to perfection.

18 Creations/ Passion for detail, passion for work, passion for beauty. Zordan Tailor-made Interiors works with architects and interior designers on prototypes and creating private homes, shops and projects for the Horeca channel on an exclusive basis.

19 Creations/attic, Milan Attic, Milan Year: 2005 Area: 360m 2 Design by: Architect Corrado Carollo Services: engineering, production, installation A succession of metallic silver reflections, soothed by the natural and luminous hues of the furniture in varnished oak, with a large grain, ivory coloured, with other items of furniture in wengé: these are the shades chosen by the architect Corrado Carollo for the renovation of an attic in the centre of Milan. The colour scheme was dictated by the client s choice of furniture in natural colours, a modern pared-back design, but with a strong personality. Zordan tailor-made interiors turned these wishes into reality, designing made-to-measure items to meet the client s needs. Special care was taken with the acoustics: the entire attic was furnished as if with a connecting fabric running throughout the interior. The most complex job was the bookcase for the living room: with a unique S shape, it winds its way through the apartment, with its magical colours.

20 Creations/seventeenth century home, Milan Seventeenth century home, Milan Year: 1995 Area: 800m 2 on two floors Design by: Architect Corrado Carollo Services: engineering, renovation, production, installation Inside a large seventeenth century house, in Milan s historic city centre, architect Corrado Carollo renovated the entire lodging, with a modern, pared-back yet airy style incorporating some neoclassical elements. Zordan tailor-made interiors contributed the furnishings to three rooms, including the living room which has a bookcase with secret passage, comprising modular units from a pear tree with ebony and maple insets. We also replaced the interior doors and the windows of the façade. A bar was designed for the library with staff access via a revolving counter.

21 Creations/hotel Astoria, Lignano Sabbiadoro Hotel Astoria, Lignano Sabbiadoro Year: 1995 Area: m 2 (entrance, dining room, buffet) Design by: Dino Dalle Carbonare Services: engineering, renovation, production, installation For the inauguration of the Hotel Astoria in Lignano Sabbiadoro, at the client s request, Zordan tailor-made interiors quickly came up with a project for the renewal, production and installation of made-to-measure furniture for its 5-star hotels in the Canary Isles. The work involved the restyling of the guest rooms and dining room, and the design and installation of a bar at the centre of the swimming pool. The result is a relaxing yet refined environment ideal for holidays.

22 Creations/lounge bar, Cortina d Ampezzo Lounge bar, Cortina d Ampezzo Year: Area: 200m 2 Services: engineering, renovation, production, installation The creation of a new lounge bar in the historic centre of Cortina d Ampezzo, located in a seventeenth century structure, in just 40 days! Zordan tailor-made interiors sound-proofed the ceiling fitting the padded materials into centuries-old roof beams. The beams were then levelled off and coated with larch wood. The inclining walls are of particular interest, creating an installation where they meet. They were coated with multiple layers of conifer applied with phenolic glue to keep away moisture. At the top, a visible quarry-stone effect was created. Specialist master craftsmen worked on the project from beginning to end.
