1 The Foxtrot Room at Catalyst Ranch Foxtrot Your Fancy Feet! The Foxtrot Room is cute and cozy and perfect for the most intimate meetings. At 300 sq. ft. the space accommodates up to people in a circle of our comfy chairs. And while it might be the smallest room at the Ranch, it is still equipped with all the standard Catalyst Ranch meeting amenities. A projector screen is hung from the ceiling and an entire wall is dedicated to dry-erase boards. This is the perfect room for those groups of 3 to 8 people who just need a quiet get-away from their own offices! The average size group for the Foxtrot Room is 3-8 people. Total space in this room is 300 square feet. Meetings Capacities: Circle of Chairs Café Style (Tables and Chairs) Focus Groups By the door you ll find a vintage cabinet filled with drinking glasses and colorful mugs, an assortment of teas and a freshly brewed pot of free-trade coffee. And we ve even squeezed in a mini-fridge of cold beverages that the Ranch Hands just keep on replenishing. This room is more flexible than most people realize. Peek behind the wall of dry erase boards and you ll find two-way mirrors. 5 About Catalyst Ranch Catalyst Ranch was the first venue in Chicago to realize that the results of any offsite meeting can be enhanced if attendees are placed in the right environment. In 2002 we started with the concept of what our own ideal working environment would be and then coupled with extensive research, experience and pure gut instinct, created a pioneering and innovative boutique conference center in Chicago s burgeoning West Loop. We broke some rules, no doubt about that! We found it takes more than a utilitarian room, some tables and chairs, notepads, pens and A/V equipment to hold an effective meeting. We refused to believe that only Creatives should be allowed to work in non-businesslike, fun, eclectic spaces. Everyone can be more productive if the conditions are optimized.
