5 LANDSCAPE CONTRACTING Gramaslindas Landscape, Inc- As a contracting service subsidiary, focuses in providing high quality landscape design, installation and maintenance services. With 20 years of experience, our team of professionals has the capacity to perform all type of landscaping projects and has all the necessary resources to guarantee the projects are completed on time and in budget. We have been consistently ranked as 1 of Puerto Rico s top 5 largest landscape contractors by the Caribbean Business- Book of Lists. 6 LANDSCAPE DESIGN DIVISION Gramaslindas Landscape Inc. has been involved in diverse types of landscape design projects (mostly residential and commercial) varying in scale and complexity. Our landscape design division has kept up with our expanding customers needs. In recent years landscape design s popularity has grown, the technology, complexity and demands of current trends require adequate design, high quality materials and professional execution to guarantee a successful project. Landscape design must create green areas that impact because of their beauty and practicality. Our team members have the knowledge and experience to perform such tasks and guarantee that your project is completed on time and in budget.

7 LANDSCAPE PROJECT DESCRIPTON One example of current trends in Landscape is our Almacigo Trails project. A residential project located in Culebra Island. We integrated endemic vegetation, unique existing elements of the site and exotic vegetation to give a contemporary touch. Site analysis and soil samples where performed to determine which type of vegetation is adaptable to the site s specific conditions respecting the design intent. As part of the design, the project also included irrigation system and illumination. The installation was also performed by Gramaslindas Landscape, INC.

8 MAINTENANCE SERVICES Our Maintenance Department combines a group of soil scientist, technical personnel, multiple crews and specialized equipment dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers. We currently provide grounds maintenance service to over 35 properties with over 25 million square ft. of green areas. Our commitment to high quality maintenance of landscape areas is reflected on high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Some additional services that we offer are: irrigation with water truck, pest control applications, elaboration of fertilization programs, tree pruning irrigation system repairs and maintenance

9 TREE CARE- SERVICES OFFERED Certified tree specialists will analyze and recommend the necessary practices for your project considering size, location, species and health of each specimen. Our specialized tree- care services include: Permit transmittal Assessment Advisory Mitigation Practices Tree Removal Thinning, Toping, Raising, Reduction & Lifting pruning Chipping &organic matter disposal

10 SOD FARMING Gramaslindas has over 500 acres of Sod production that allows us to offer our product year round. A rigorous fertilization and applications program in combination with a modern irrigation system guarantees an optimal control of weeds and insects. Our capacity to harvest and deliver large quantities of quality sod makes us the number one supplier for any large scale development on the island.

11 ORNAMENTAL PLANTS PRODUCTION Our subsidiary Tropigardens, Inc. has 30 acres dedicated to palm and ornamental plants production. The use a drip irrigation system combined with a strict fertilization program supervised by qualified Agronomist guarantees palms and ornamentals of the highest quality. Established in 1981, Tropigardens is one of the largest and most recognized ornamental growers on the island. Our experience, capacity and commitment to quality makes us the supplier of choice for the industries leading professionals.

16 REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT LIST Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport Owner: Aerostar Holdings Cost: more than $1K in landscape services Services provided: maintenance to most of the green areas of the airport, including sensitive and restricted areas within the runways, landscape improvements and major tree maintenance and removal projects. P.R. National Cemetery Owner: VA General Contractor: West Construction Services provided: Completion and conditioning for final acceptance of previously installed 2 wire irrigation system with 4 main line and lawn for areas: Committal Shelter #2, Memorial Walk, Maintenance Building and Columbarium Plaza. Dow Agroscience, Guayama, PR Owner: Dow Chemicals General Contractor: Cockram Projects Services provided: Landscape and tree mitigation services for their new 1,600 acre seed production facility. Treasure Point, Vega Alta Owner Alejandro Ramírez de Arellano General Contractor: Desarrollos Metropolitanos Cost: More than $1K in landscape installations and maintenance during construction phase. Services provided: High end residential development with lush tropical landscapes. Aprox 70,000 sf of landscape installations, sodding and full irrigation with 2 main line. Chalets de la Playa, Vega Baja General Contractor: FR Construction Cost: more than $600, in landscape installations and maintenance during construction of Ocean Front residential Apartment development with over 500,000 sf of green areas.
