3 Sealing device Series H with double handle and round shaped heating band This special device based on the H-series was developed in order to seal a protective film around a roll. The hand sealing device is centred in the middle of the core of the roll with the cone. A round shaped heating strip seals the protective film together. The protective film within the sealing seam is subsequently cut off by a cutter blade. The core of the roll is therefore freely accessible for slipping onto a shaft. Sealing device Series H with temperature-controlled impulse unit This unusual combination of devices arose in response to specific customer wishes. The aim was to be able to repair so-called PVC wind protection gates without removal in the suspended position in case of damage. Using the H-device, PVC patches can be welded on from outside, with the temperature control preventing scorching or discoloration of the welding seam. 4 Hand sealing plier and Impulse unit with a high degree of protection (based on IP 54) Owing to a high level of dust contamination, the impulse unit was installed in a switch cabinet with a high degree of protection in this special solution. The dimensions of the switch cabinet were selected such that it can be integrated in the mobile floor stand of our sealing pliers. The pliers can therefore be conveniently wheeled from one filling station to another. Filled valve bags are sealed. Permanently heated sealing press SP 3, 110 Volt This sealing press is equipped with a permanently heated sealing tool and is used to manufacture high-purity gas filters. 5 Sealing press HTP 1600 with large side outlet Large PVC advertising posters are sealed using this sealing press with a sealing length of 1600 mm. The C-shaped design of the side sections of the press allows a large lateral outlet. Furthermore, the stainless steel support tables in front of and behind the sealing bars allow easy handling of the posters. The wide bar opening is a further plus during handling. Sealing device HTM 1300 LP horizontal and vertical pivoting This special solution from our company combines two devices rolled into one. Both bags standing upright or lying down can be sealed with air aspiration. The top illustration shows the set-up for sealing upright bags. The sealing bars and the large suction tongue face downwards. 6 Film sealing device with air suction and gas injection FERMANT 40 L/ST This special model from the FERMANT series can both aspirate air and inject gas. It is available in sealing lengths of 400 and 600 mm. The gas injection medium (e.g. nitrogen) can be connected to the rear of the device. The conventional application is packing of coffee. All parameters can be adjusted with the integrated programmable controller. Sealing and cooling times in addition to the number and duration of the aspiration and gas injection intervals can be set. Stainless steel mobile floor stand for FERMANT series film sealing devices This stainless steel mobile floor stand was developed for a well know customer from the pharmaceutical industry. The sealing device FERMANT can be moved up or down by a remote control. Rotation around its own axis to the right and left is also possible. The fork-shaped base plate makes it possible to get very close to the product (a barrel in this application). The floor stand together with the device is used in the clean room.
