2 The ceiling ounted 4-way blow cassette is specially designed for use in false ceilings. The greater part of the unit integrates perfectly with the ceiling. Only the sli decoration panel reains visible. As their nae suggests, these units can discharge air in any of 4 directions. These cassettes are equipped with a special draught prevention and anti-ceiling soiling technology. COMFORT You have the choice of 3 auto-swing positions for axiu cofort: standard, draught prevention or ceiling soiling prevention. Auto swing: Vertical auto swing autoatically oves the flaps up and down to distribute air effectively throughout the whole roo. Draught prevention: Auto swing between 10deg and 40deg Standard setting: Auto swing between 10deg and 65deg Ceiling soiling prevention: Auto swing between 30deg and 65deg 5 different air flow patterns: Any one of five different air flow patterns can be freely selected between 0deg and 65deg. This air flow pattern will then be aintained during the operation of the air conditioner. Draught prevention: Up to 5 different patterns can be set between 10deg and 40deg Standard setting: Up to 5 different patterns can be set between 10deg and 65deg Ceiling soiling prevention: Up to 5 different patterns can be set between 30deg and 65deg Draught prevention (heating ode): Prevents draughts by autoatically changing to horizontal air flow discharge when the heater is started up and thetherostat is switched off. Draught prevention: Autoatically set to 10deg Ceiling soiling prevention: Autoatically set to 30deg Auto blow air flow control: The last air flow pattern is eorised and autoatically reset the next tie the unit is turned ON. Draught prevention: Initial setting is 30deg for cooling and 65deg for heating

3 Air flow distribution for ceiling heights up to 4.2 without loss of capacity. You have the choice out of 2 fan speeds to select: high or low. A high fan speed provides axiu reach while a low fan speed iniizes drafts. These indoor units are very quiet in operation. The sound levels are as low as 27dB (A), coparable to rustling leaves. Daikin s special dry prograe reduces huidity in the roo without variations in roo teperature. The indoor unit contains an air filter which reoves icroscopic particles and dust. FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION AND EASY TO USE Since the unit has a low height it fits flush into false ceilings (iniu height of 240). When the ceiling void is too sall, a panel spacer can be used to cover the space between the ceiling and decoration panel. The air is discharged in 4 directions. It is possible to shut one or 2 flaps off enabling the unit to be installed in the iddle of the roo, in a corner or in a sall roo. 2-Way blow 3-Way blow 4-Way blow Closed Branched An optional branch duct can be connected to the air conditioning. In this way, it is possible to provide additional air flow for crowded spaces. The outdoor unit can be installed on a roof or terrace or placed against an outside wall. Special anti-corrosion treatent of the outdoor unit s heat exchanger fin, gives greater resistance against acid rain and salt corrosion. Additional resistance is provided by a rust proof steel sheet on the underside of the unit. The wired reote control provides you with a schedule tier, enabling to progra the air conditioning daily or weekly. Wired reote control (Optional) The optional reote ON/OFF enables you to start/stop the air conditioning fro a obile phone via a telephone reote control (field supply). The optional forced OFF enables you to switch off the unit autoatically. E.g. when a window is opened, the unit switches off.

As soon as the required teperature is reached, the inverter unit continuously scans the roo for sall changes and adjusts the roo teperature in seconds, thereby increasing cofort once again. The hoe leave operation button prevents large teperature differences by continuously operating at a iniu (heating ode) or axiu (cooling ode) preset level while you re out or sleeping. It also allows the indoor teperature to return quickly to your favourite cofort level. ONE PUSH While out of the hoe PUSH AGAIN When you go out push the Hoe leave operation button, and the air conditioner will adjust capacity to reach the preset teperature for Hoe leave operation. When you return, you will be welcoed by a cofortable air-conditioned roo. Push the Hoe leave operation button again, and the air conditioner will adjust capacity to the set teperature for noral operation. APPLICATION OPTIONS This odel can be used both in cooling only or heating. It is possible to use the indoor unit in pair (connecting one indoor to one outdoor), twin, triple, double twin (connecting up to 4 indoors in the sae roo to a single outdoor) and ulti applications (connecting up to 9 units in several roos to 1 outdoor unit).
