5 Drain pump for 1 st rinse 230V, 50Hz V21431V8514X The pump unit serves to easy pumping of waste water from tank of machine to sewerage, especially when the inlet to sewerage is above the draining tube of machine. Intended for open rinse. Note: Maximal pump capacity is 30 l/min. by 1 m displacement and 2 m hose length, 15 l/min., max. displacement 4 m, outlet tube d 25x2,5. Exhausting fan 230V, 50 Hz V30831O2530X It is to be specified, if customer does not have similar exhaust connection at disposal. The fan is a single phase asynchrony driven radial fan 160 Nm 3 /h, orifice diameter 100 mm. Fan is controlled done by the central controlling unit of Super SWASH. Exhausting fan 230 V, 60 Hz V31531O8690X 60 Hz variant of exhaust ventilator (see above) Exhaust monitoring V30831R2531X This is an under pressure sensor, set on -100 Pa. Not available exhausting switch the alarm signal in situation, when exhausting should work. This option should be choose for machines without integrated exhausting fan, but can work also together with integrated exhausting fan. Handheld Tool for Precleaning of Stencil Appertures by Pressed Air V40731P2887X For cleaning pump print stencils, it is essential to open all apertures before real cleaning cycle starts. After inserting the stencil to the process chamber in front of light wall, the hand-held pressure air tool is used to press the rest of glue from apertures. Cleaning solution can flow through the opening from beginning of cleaning cycle. This can shorten the necessary cleaning time for about 50%. 5

6 Position monitoring of draining valve V30931R8008X This allows switch manually the piping from the process tank to outside of the machine. It serves to monitoring of drain valve position to the control system to prevent unwanted pumping out from the machine. The same drain valve, but w/o electronic monitoring is included in the basic configuration of the Super SWASH. 8 ZESTRON EYE (CMS 4) - continual concentration measuring of Zestron cleaners V31331R8085X Used for concentration measuring of cleaning medium into piping. The set consists of four parts: sensor, controller, power supply adapter and cables. The sensor is calibrated for determined medium from Zestron company. Water softening unit for 1 st rinse V21431R8296X Automatic softening unit serves to treatment of rinsing water prior to input to the machine. Softening station includes the residential valve and brine tank for automatic regeneration of chemical filter (vessel) filling. External unit for automatic refilling of cleaning agent and DI water to keep right level of medium in washing tank. V21531R8837X AAD Automatic Adaptive Dosing of cleaning agent (incl. Zestron EYE) AAD keeps the required concentration value of medium according to real time information from Zestron EYE.
