15 Low running cost 3L Bulk type ink tank enables not only long unattended printing, But also refilling inks while machine is in operation. Highly reliable refill system detect ink level of main tank at all times to warn operator for when to refill ` High level UPS may run at least thousands of dollars. Separated power input requires Low level UPS from which customers can save installation cost. VE-3204D is equipped with pneumatic pump that play the same role as air compressor. Customers can be free from restriction of installation position due to no longer need of compressed air.

Wiping while printing is cyclically done to maintain the best quality of output DGI s Push and Cap is simply the best way to maintain print head in good condition. Carriage push capper to come up and keep all 8 print heads soaked in cleaning solution till the next job begins Print head height is adjustable to 2mm depending on thickness of media.(adjustment should be carried out by technicians qualified by DGI)
