The F 19 TM s hydraulic forming injection system offers extremely accurate weight control and the ability to process a range of products at various temperatures. It delivers high yields and forms products with a natural texture and excellent product appearance. The Formax F 19TM puts productivity first Positive Feed Hopper Product is automatically fed to the pump box. Feed screws, timed alternately on and off eliminate tumbling or overworking and preserve texture. Accepts cold, highly extended or sticky formations without bridging. The Positive Feed Hopper has a 525 pound (239 kilo) capacity. Hydraulic Injection Forming System The Hydraulic Injection forming system precisely controls product flow of each filling cycle, assuring accurate fills and consistent weight control. Conveniently located dial and pressure gauge make it easy to adjust forming pressure from PSI ( Bar) for accuracy. Hygienically-Friendly Design Sealed stainless steel cabinets are equipped with a blower to reduce humidity and control temperature. Push button controls move heavy parts to clean up position. A single person can easily remove parts and prepare for sanitation. PLC Touch Screen, Computerized or Standard Relay Models The PLC F 19 TM Touch Screen maximizes productivity with fast setup times, graphical interface and improved maintenance diagnostics. The Touch Screen eliminates switches and control buttons which minimizes potential intrusion points for water or product. The PLC Touch Screen offers up to 100 product codes, all with preprogrammed or custom fill modes. It features multi-lingual displays, plus sequence, productivity, system pressure and internal maintenance diagnostics. Tender-Form Poultry-Plus Verti-Form Quick and Easy Changeovers A lift system raises the mold cover allowing the mold plate and knock-out cup assemblies to be changed quickly and easily. High Speed Mold Plate Drive Independent of the hydraulic forming system, the mold plate drive s 15 HP (11.3 KW) motor powers the F 19 TM to working speeds of 25 to 75 strokes per minute. Mold plates from 3/16" (4.7 mm) to 1" (25 mm) thickness can be used. Production Flexibility Can be easily changed from stack and count to IQF production for use with flat belt and spiral in-line freezers. Optional Paper Feed System papers fresh product and stacks uniformly in tight formation on the conveyor. Papers product at strokes per minute and electronically counts and stacks them from 1-24 portions per stack up to 4 1/2" (114 mm) high. Paper hoppers can be refilled without interrupting production; paper hopper, vacuum bar and vacuum cups are easily removed to change sizes. Eight standard paper sizes up to 6" (152 mm).
