2 Pullman Furniture and Strato Parapan Strato is the name we have chosen for our solid acrylic range of kitchen furniture. The collection is based around the Parapan product which is a high gloss 100% acrylic sheet and is 18mm thick. This material can be thermo-formed into curves. There are two styles of door to choose from. The first being a square flat door which has a much finer edge than is usual. The cabinet is 720mm high standing on a 150mm plinth giving a total unit height of 870mm + worktops. Curves are available and a handle can be added to create a distinctly different look. The second style is base on a handleless range. Again the square edge is fine with a 14mm curved finger pull machined into the top of the door. The cabinet is 770 high to allow for the finger pull section but also for the finger pull rail to cross appliances. The 770mm cabinet stands on a 100mm plinth giving a height of 870mm + worktops. The construction of the cabinet is glue and dowel and has an 8mm back. The back is grooved into the cabinet on three sides. There are no raw edges showing. We feel that it is important to have a clean looking installation while waiting for worktops. Aubergine 5390 We supply two different types of drawer box. Blum white intivo and Blum black intivo. White drawers look particulary good with pale colours while the black look sumptuous on the darker colours that are shown on the page. The image above shows how colour can be introduced with great effect. A bank of tall units in a veneer or a row of wall units in a contrasting colour can work wonders. Conversely keeping the same colour throughout can give a much more subdued and relaxed atmosphere. Strato Parapan high gloss colours 3

A handless painted kitchen in satin Tunsgate green (top cream section) and Vert De Terre bottom section, Again there are two styles of door to choose from. 5 Cirrus Veneered is a flat panel veneered door. The collection is based around exotic veneers and is primarily used as a statement on oven runs and back panel. All the units within this price list are available but can only be used with groups P1 and P3. A bank of Black and White matt units. Vertical aluminium finger pull section between fridge and freezer There is only one style of door at present and must be used with handles or touch open mechanism. The cabinet is 720mm high standing on a 150mm plinth giving a total unit height of 870mm + worktops. This is a bespoke range so doors, drawers and panels can be in any size. All curved doors are available and there is a vast range of panel sizes and columns. 7 Its the finger pull that makes it different... Handleless base cabinets of both Strato and Cirrus have a height of 770mm plus a 100 plinth height. The finger pull section forms a 25mm space below the worktop and must run across appliances spaces in a continous strip. Tall fridge, freezer, chrome pullouts and larder units have a vertical finger pull handle so must have a 36mm spacer bar between each unit. This is then covered by a 4mm thick panel in the colour of your choice. Ovens have a horizontal handle rail. Detail of the finger pull and back sectionin orange. White drawers are much more pleasing on the eye than the industrial grey that most companies use. Glass sided drawers are available. Pullout drawers can be one of the most efficient ways of storing your dried foods, saucepans and utensils. Add integrated lighting and you can see the difference in the picture above. You can see exactly what you have at a glance without getting on your hands and knees. Some recycling bins hang off the back of a door and put great stress on the hinges. We prefere to mount them in a drawer giving them a much longer life. There are many sizes to choose from. One of the more popular units is the pullout drawer larder. 7

8 Pullman Furniture have been operating for many years from their factory in Corby in Northamptonshire. The closeness of the M1, M6 and A14 corridors has enabled us to supply our quality product to the more discerning kitchen specialists based throughout the midlands and home counties. Initially specializing in the manufacture of kitchen carcasses we quickly became adept at producing the complete kitchen and gradually built up a good reputation for quality and service. We are one of the first suppliers to become a Blum authorized Dynamic Space manufacturer embracing all the new technologies and designs in our furniture thus enabling our customers to be out there leading the field. A wrap around breakfast bar seating 8 people with acrylic curved doors. Strato acrylic or Cirrus painted can be formed into many different curves. The picture above shows a breakfast bar that was required to seat 8 people. To give our customers greater flexibility when designing kitchens we have introduced 6 different drawer box depths in both white and black. 270mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm and 650mm. Some very specialist work is beig tested before despatch. An island ready for curved doors to be fitted. Units are wrapped in corrugated cardboard to cut down on packaging. We then palletize the cabinets and then cling film to form one block to prevent damage. The image above shows cabinets waiting to be loaded. This method ensures orders do not get mixed up. Orders are delivered on our own transport 8

9 Servo Drive A kitchen that has Servo Drive will usually have just one transformer. It can power up to 50 drawers. We recommend that when used in an island a separate transformer is used because of the difficulties of under floor connections. There are two types of cabinets. Master cabinets that have a transformer fitted and Slaves that do not. Normally there is one Master per kitchen. This might be in a 3 drawer unit so this would be a S-Master3. All the other units in the kitchen would be slaves. So a 2 drawer unit next to the master would be a S-Slave2 and so on. Installation in a drawer chest. All Servo Drive cabinets that we produce are connected to the transformer and tested to ensure that they are functioning correctly. We fit a double electrical socket in the Master cabinet to make site installation very easy. Simply lay the Servo Drive cable along the floor under all the cabinets. Drop the Servo Drive cables down and make a connection to the floor cable. This includes the transfomer cable shown in the picture above and to the right. Plug in the transformer and your in business. Installation in a sink unit.
