4 4 Mobile suction and filter units Suction fan Sometimes it is even possible to lead the unfiltered air outside. For such cases we offer a compact radial fan. It is made of aluminium die casting and therefore especially quiet. Thanks to its robust construction it is suitable for continuous use. The wall-bracket can be installed simply by means of 4 screws and afterwards the fan is set with a quick snap fastener on the wall bracket. The blowing out direction can be freely determined. In addition, the intake was specified with a diameter of 100 mm, can even be supplied in size 125 or 150 mm. The normal size of the outlet is 160 mm. 5 5 AEH-600 Suction unit Suction- and pre-filter unit with longlife pocket-filter. The filter housing is made of powdercoated steel sheet. The filtering element can be taken off and changed easily by means of a big service door. The mains connection such as the main switch are positioned laterrally. The unit is equipped with a big silent fan for exhaust operations. Because of its low design the unit can be kept under the worktable. The inlet ( 100 mm) is positioned on top of the unit while the exhaust nozzle ( 100 mm) is positioned on the back. The exhaust hose can easily be assembled by means of a threaded hose clamp. The separation degree is higher than 85 %. This result permits the prefiltered air to be led outside promptly in most cases. Due to the small size of the unit it can be placed at nearly any place. 6 6 Mobile suction and filter units FILTERCASE SL Filter unit as static version, particularly used for the extraction and filtration of laser and soldering emissions on jobs with low dust occurrence (e.g. in the jewellery industry). The unit can easily be operated by means of the power switch. The housing is made of stable sheet steel and powder coated from both sides, inside and even outside of the housing. The unit is equipped with an inlet ( 50 mm). A pre-filter mat separates the coarse particles. Afterwards the air is led through the main filter to finally separate the air from the remaining smoke and dust particles. The filtering unit is delivered along with a high-performance high pressure turbine that can be regulated continuously with a potentiometer. After filtration the clean air is reconducted to the working room by means of an outblowing lattice. An automatic filtering monitor indicates the necessary filter change of the filter elements. The change is made uncomplicated customer-friendly by the cover of the unit secured with snap fasteners. A cable with 230 V plug is delivered along with the goods. 7 7 FILTERCASE LBK Suction- and filtering unit as a mobile unit. The housing is made of sturdy steel sheet and it is provided with a powder coating inside as well as outside. The built-in 3-step filtering system permits the operation for various suction solutions e. g. laser technology, dental technology, electronic industry etc. The filtering unit is equipped with the following filtering stages: a prefilter separates the big particles. Subsequently the air is led through the HEPA-filter (separation degree higher than 99,997 %) where also the remaining fine smoke and dust particles are separated. As a final filtering step the air flow is led through the activated carbon filter. Here most gases are separated. An automatic filter monitoring indicates the necessary filter change. The suction unit is equipped with a high performance maintenancefree high pressure turbine such as a continuous speed control device to adjust the suction power. The unit is delivered along with a 5 m cable and ready to plug. In addition the unit is equipped with an outlet spigot ( 100 mm) in order to lead the air outside if necessary. 8 8 Mobile suction and filter units AIRFILTER MINI An efficient unit with a high volumetric air flow as well as smallest noise emission for working places in calm environment.the sound level corresponds approximately to that of a personal computer. Due to its compact construction it can be used under worktables as well as freestanding and can take up exhaust tubes from 50 to 75 mm. Thanks to its three-stage filtering system it can be used in different sectors: for example with laser systems, for dental and medical technology applications, in the electronics industry, in hospitals and by dermatologists and restorers. 9 9 SPA series Mobile filter units, which are especially useful for the extraction of laser emissions emerging during the production of stamps. Based on the established LMD series the SPA units ensure a robust industrial use. The new HEPA storage filter guarantees both a high separation efficiency and longevity. As a final element a carbon filter absorbs gases and smells. The units of the SPA series are per standard equipped with an exhaust nozzle ( 125). The units are accessed by means of the new control (AIRCONTROL) which has successfully been implemented into units of the AIRFILTER and LMD series already. 10 10 Mobile suction and filter units LMD 508 Filter unit The extraction unit is equipped with maintenance-free, replaceable particle filters for the mechanical separation of dusts and is suitable for laser systems with suction elements as well as for workplaces for soldering. The filter consists of a pre-filter, a high-particulate filter and an activated carbon filter, which is separately built-in in a changeable housing. All filter elements can be taken off individually from the clean side. In addition the units are equipped with a filter monitoring, a full motor protection, a continuous speed control unit and an operation hour meter. A filter lift device is built in as a standard that ensures absolute thightness and concomitantly guarantees the separation degree of the filtering unit. The extraction unit is equipped with a powerful high-pressure turbine. The new control unit of the system (Aircontrol) with text display and a membrane keyboard provide for a userfriendly operation. An acoustic and optical signal as well as the text display point out malfunctions or maintenance signals. 11 11 LMD 504 Filter unit An extensive prefilter separates the coarse particles. Afterwards the air is led through the particulate filters where the remaining fine smoke and dusts are separated. As a final filter stage the system is equipped with an additional activated carbon filter for the separation of most of the gases. The housing is made of stable sheet steel and covered with an inner and an outer powder coating. By default a filter lifting mechanism is incorporated into the system that ensures an absolute tightness and thereby the separation efficiency of the filter system. Due to powerful turbines a high suction power can be achieved, but the noise level is kept low. The new control unit of the system (Aircontrol) with text display and a membrane keyboard provides for a user-friendly operation. An acoustic and optical signal as well as the text display point out malfunctions or maintenance signals. The filtered air is led back into the room through a splitter silencer. The system is delivered in a plug-and-play manner with a power cable of 5 meters length. 12 12 Mobile suction and filter units Filter units type LFE Filter units type LFE The mobile mid vacuum cartridge filter system can be used for lasering, welding and grinding. It is especially designed for applications with a relatively high particle distribution. Thanks to the special design of the system with a separated exhaust air conduction of the turbine, a low noise level of the filter unit is achieved. The use even in very sensitive areas with low noise emissions can be recommended without hesitation. For the pre-separation of the dusts the air flow is led onto a baffle plate. Then the intake air stream meets the filter cartridge. The dusts are cleaned via compressed air and collected in a generously dimensioned dust collection vessel with a capacity of about 9 litres. The filter cartridge works according to the principle of surface filtration, i.e. the particles are stored on the filter cartridge and cannot penetrate inside the filter material. Before the initial utilisation of the system the cartridge is precoated with a special powder to extend the life of the cartridge. As a final filter stage the system is equipped with an additional activated carbon filter for the separation of most of the gases. The extraction unit is equipped with a powerful high-pressure turbine. The suction power can be adjusted smoothly with the help of a remote control. The minimum revolution of the turbine is 20 %. All operating states of the system can be adjusted and displayed via the display of the remote control. The system additionally is fit out with a central power switch. A major benefit of the unit is that it is equipped with a universal voltage input for 115 V as well as 230 V so that the unit can be used in every country without additional transformers. The intake housing has a connection for 2 x 50 mm including a connection possibility for a continuous precoating device with 80 mm. It is possible due to the SUB D9 interface to control the filter unit via an external device. The delivery includes a power cable of 5 meters length with shock-proof plug and connector for non heating clutch. The filter cartridge remains in the unit to prevent dust from reaching the working space. The filter cartridge guarantees a separation efficiency 99 %. 14 14 Mobile suction and filter units filtoo Mechanical filter unit IFA A stable steel sheeting construction with continuous powder coating guarantees a maintenance low operation even under challenging conditions. The filtoo can be used in a variety of applications. Laser industry, dental laboratory or electronics industry wherever temporary activities such as lasering, milling or soldering are done, the use of the device makes sense. The unit has four filter stages. The coarse dust particles are caught by the coarse filter, whereas the fine particles remain in the prefilter. The activated carbon filter eliminates unpleasant odours. The following main filter separates the very fine particles to a degree exceeding 99 per cent. Coarse particles are separated in the prefilter. Afterwards the air is led through the particulate air filter where the remaining fine smoke and dust particles are separated. The seal seat lift mechanism guarantees absolute tightness and thereby the high separation efficiency of the filter unit. The air outlet on the back of the device takes place upwards via the air outlet grille. Thus from a distance of 1 meter no disturbing airflow is perceivable. This unit is particularly suitable for the use at fully automatic machines which should be extremely durable and long-lasting. It is suitable for laser cutting and laser engraving with high erosion degree and also for milling. The high-quality filter cartridges ensure highest dust separation and filter life times. A contamination-dependent filter dedusting and follow-updedusting system during fan stops are integrated ex works. These types of dust are then disposed of by means of inserted PE-bags. In addition the unit can be equipped with an exhaust air muffler. An activated carbon filter-cell can be integrated optionally so that it can even be used for gases. The separation efficiency is 99 %. The released fumes and dusts are extracted via appropriate suction elements and guided into the filter unit. A baffle plate with large surface serves as pre-separator and distributes the particles onto the whole filter surface. All filter units are fitted with hanging filter cartridges. Thus, the admission of the cartridges is carried out on the side. Heavy particles fall down directly into the dust container. They are available for assembly on a table, wall or ceiling. 19 19 suction arm Optiflex Because of the patented hose the suction arm is self-supporting in the set position. There are no internal joints, so that a nearly smooth air stream is ensured. OPTIFLEX can be installed in the static version either directly on our units or (by a drilling through the working tabletop) onto a table. The optional available table bracket allows for an easy installation on tables by screw clips. A wall bracket makes an installation of the OPTIFLEX at walls or machines possible. In those places where a positioning of hoses or other mini-arms is not possible OPTIFLEX solves the problem.
