3 INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY, ELIMINATE THE RISKS Centrifuge separators which are being used for separating of 2 liquids (two phase) from each other, liquid from solids (two phase) or two liquids and solids (three phase) from each other became a standard equipment for dairies from small to big size. In modern dairies there are several different applications of centrifuge separators for processing of milk. Some of them are as follows; Cream separation Milk clarification Whey separation Whey clarification Milk standardization New generation self cleaning separators plays a key role in increasing the efficiency of the dairies. Fully automated control systems of separators can be easily integrated in the complete process lines.

4 APPLICATIONS CREAM SEPARATION HAUS MAXCREAM series centrifuge separators are specially designed for separating the cream from milk. While separating the cream you can as well get rid of the unwanted solid particles in milk. Solid particles are forced to the outer surface of rotating bowl by very high centrifugal forces. With the help of disc set inside the bowl, surface area of settlement is increased and separation process become much faster. Arrangement of disc set and design provides the separation of the particulars from milk continuously. Separated solid particles are collected in solids holding space inside the bowl and discharged outside at certain time intervals via a PLC which enables fully automation. Skimmed milk and cream leaves the separator from top of the bowl through different channels. Phases are collected in different containers and each liquid phase leaves the bowl through a centripetal pump under pressure. Containers are isolated from each other in order to prevent mixing of cream and skim milk. CLEANING OF MILK MAXCLEAN separators undertake the task of clarification of milk and making free of harmful bacteria in the milk. MAXCLEAN separators separate the bacteria inside the milk and also separate the solid particles from the milk. 5 SELF CLEANING SEPARATORS Self-cleaning separators enables the operation to be continuous. Milk is fed into the bowl of the separator softly. With the help of high centrifugal forces within the bowl solids are separated from milk through disc stack. Solids are collected in the solid holding space where they are discharged automatically out of the bowl within preset time intervals. Discharge mechanism can be adjusted very precisely in order to minimize the product losses. Intervals can be set from the PLC.

6 HAUS MAX SERIES CREAM SEPARATORS AND MILK CLARIFIERS All surfaces in contact with milk and cream are subjected to metal removing process and thus a smooth surface is obtained. This smooth surface prevents the formation of bacteria and enabless more efficient cleaning (CIP). Feed zone of the bowl is specially designed to prevent milk from coagulation. Separator cover is fully made of stainless steel and body is cladded with stainless steel. Short spindle design enables the bowl to reach higher speeds more safely with lower vibration and less energy consumption. All areas within the bowl which are in contact with milk are rounded in order to prevent the accumulation of any product. Bowl is made of duplex stainless steel as standard. The advantages of flat-belt drive system: Lower energy consumption due less loss in power transmission. Noise level is low. Stopping of the separator is not needed to change the oil. Less Maintenance is required. Disassambling of bowl is not needed to change the belt.
