2 Interior Cleaning System The SpaceVac Internal highlevel cleaning system is a revolution in high-level cleaning. Offering up to 15m of reach, the system gives operators the ability to clean quickly and efficiently from the safety of the ground floor. Our lightweight interlocking cleaning poles, are made from durable but super lightweight carbon-fibre to withstanding heavy duty work in the toughtest of environments. A Decade of Innovation: The SpaceVac Internal Cleaning system is comprised of four distinct parts: The first of these is a unique hose adaptor which securely fastens the vacuum hose to the base of the cleaning poles. Once the hose is connected, the core of the SpaceVac system - our interlocking cleaning poles are added to the desired height. These lightweight poles combine up to a total height of 8.8 metres with a standard kit, but can be added to, combining to a total height of 15m from the safety of the ground floor. The third part of the SpaceVac system is our selection of durable lightweight cleaning heads. These uniquely shaped heads offer operators a unique range of angles for cleaning over and around obstacles and even interconnect to provide totally custom shapes and solutions. Attaching to our cleaning heads is a diverse range of specialist cleaning tools and brushes designed to provide a range of options for cleaning ducting, pipework, cable trays, vents, machinery and more. Finally, the SpaceVac internal cleaning system comes with an innovative wireless camera and monitoring system - to allow operators to view the progress of cleaning in real time from the safety of the ground floor and even evidence progress for clients. 4 Case Studies Some of our clients liclude... Ikea, Sweden SpaceVac s Internal cleaning system was the perfect choice when swedish retailer Ikea were looking for a high-level cleaning solution. Historically, the FM team onsite had to clean the myriad of high-level installations in-store as well as built up dust in the myriad of overhead cable trays found in all of the stores. When dust built up in these trays, the cables are not able to cool sufficiently, and as a result - the built up dust becomes a fire hazard which required regular cleaning. Previously, to perform this work, a 2 man team utilised a hydraulic platform on wheels to clean small areas at a time. Each time cleaning, before dismounting, moving and starting the whole process again. On a large scale the work quickly became time consuming and expensive. SpaceVac enabled one man to clean the same area much faster with less impact on the rest of the store. Requiring just one person to operate and occupying a very small amount of space, the system allowed operators to clean quickly and efficiently - navigating their way quickly through the store. In addition, the range of tools and brushes at the operators disposal meant they always had the perfect tool to reach even the hardest to reach areas - all from the safety of the ground floor. As a result of successful trials, the system was adopted across Sweden in all Ikea properties and the correct implementation of SpaceVac and our high-level cleaning technology is now is now a standard, mandated part of Ikeas Facility Management plan across Sweden.
