In the event of plants not being available at this time, the customer will be advised of an alternative plant of similar value. PRICE Although prices are fixed so far as is possible, the right is reserved to alter these during the season should this be necessary. VAT We do not charge VAT on any goods or services provided. CARRIAGE All prices quoted are exclusive of carriage, which may be charged at cost. PAYMENT All goods to be paid for in full on collection. 30 day accounts can be set up for regular customers, please ask for further details. We accept cash, cheques, account transfer and bankers draft. COMPLAINTS All goods supplied are warranted to be good quality stock. It is for the customer to verify this on receipt of the plants and no complaint can be considered unless it is received within 3 days of delivery. FAILURE The health of the plants as from the date of delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer. Advice as to the planting and treatment will be provided on request. CONTRACT The placing of an order by the customer will be deemed to conclude a legally binding contract incorporating these conditions of sale.
