I will also make changes for the two HVAC/AC systems when approved by the city. Plumbing $19,550 We shall include all labor necessary to complete rough plumbing and finish plumbing of 4-toilets, 6-lavy sinks, 2-tub/shower combinations (BA 1 and BA2) 1-bathtub M. BR 1-shower M. BR (hot moping not included) 1-clotheswasher (std hot/cold box) 1-kitchen sink, 1-tank type B vent water heater (TBD capacity) 4-hose bibs (at 4 corners of the house, bronze and ball type supplied by owner) 1-ice maker (wall water supply for refrig) 1-dishwasher (wall water supply) 1-furnace (gas line) 2-fireplace (gas line) nla -cooking range (electrical) We shall supply the materials necessary to complete rough plumbing. Upon rough plumbing installation we shall supply 4-hose bibbs, 1-clothes washer box & 1-ice maker box. Upon finish plumbing installation we shall supply and install industry standard hook-up materials such as chrome angle-stops, chrome escutcheons, braided steel supply tubes, ABS p-traps, corrugated stainless gas flex connectors, etc. This estimate currently does NOT include the supplying of any rough or finish mounted fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, shower pans, wall mounted valves, garbage disposals, etc. All sanitary drainage piping shall be ABS with the exception of 1st to 2nd floor vertical risers which shall be of cast iron.
