Electronic repairs and electric installations were soon also implemented opening all new avenues of opportunities for the business. Installation leads to the design and manufacturing of electrical control equipment to enable us to be a more comprehensive service supplier in the industry. After moving to our new premises in Aureus Randfontein we have more room to take lager projects, resulting in the design, manufacturing and refurbishing of industrial machinery. MISSION We will continuously strive to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions in all areas of our business, ensuring lasting financial stability, steady growth and a challenging work environment. A proactive, responsible approach to safety and environmental protection is a prerequisite. Our mission simply stated; All Protection Services will consistently deliver outstanding value to its clients We are also at the forefront of the electrical component of the poultry and pig industry and work in conjunction with the leaders in poultry and pig equipment. 4 CONTROL PANEL MANUFACTURING All our control panels are manufactured according to our clientele specifications and need. PLC We supply enclosure with PLC systems to accommodate our clientele and their needs. We also provide training on the PLC Systems for all staff members.

PUMP CONTROL PANELS Our Control Panels differ from bore-hole pump up to large industrial pumps.

We also offer an alarm system that can be connected to the pump to ensure all systems are running 100% at all times.

With a PLC system you can control virtually anything you can think about in your industry/business. PUMP CONTROL PANELS Our Control Panels differ from bore-hole pump up to large industrial pumps. That includes variable speed drives, PLCs and switch gear to control the pumps as determined by the client. We also offer an alarm system that can be connected to the pump to ensure all systems are running 100% at all times. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT FOR NON- HAZARDOUS AREAS For non-hazardous areas the following panels are manufactured to the customer specifications and according to the highest quality: Distribution Panels PLC Panels Motor Control Centres Variable Speed Drive Panels Winch Panels Soft Start Panels Intense Automation Panels Direct On Line Starter Panels The enclosures are manufactured from epoxy powder coated steel of 2.5mm or 5mm thick. The product can be customer designed to meet customer requirements. The VSD panels are designed to start the motors, and the speed of the motor is controlled depending on the load on the motor. Variable speed drives are custom designed for any voltage/amperage requirements or specifications. For the design, any drive manufacturer will be used dependant on the customer s preference. The soft starter panel was designed to start a motor without the mechanical fluid coupling. The soft starter was designed and developed to withstand the harsh environments that the South African mining industry requires. All soft starters are fitted with a bypass contactor. This will reduce the heat build-up in the panel from the thyristors being continuously on line and also increase the life span of the soft starter.
