16 Shipping, Business Terms & Availability SHIPPING: All orders will be assessed a drop charge based on distance. Distance Drop Charge Minimum Order 1 To 29 Miles $ Rack 30 To 60 Miles $ Rack 61 To 90 Miles $ Racks 91 To 120 Miles $ Racks 121 To 150 Miles $ Racks A higher delivered price may be quoted and the drop charged waived for distances greater than 150 miles. All orders will be shipped on a pooled truck. In our attempt to service all our customers, it may be necessary to deliver before 8 AM or after 5 PM especially during peak delivery season. We will make every attempt to accommodate your business hours if at all possible. Our driver is responsible for delivering the product and taking it off our racks, but you and/or your staff are responsible for moving it to your storage or display area. This will enable us to service all our customers in a timely manner and keep your delivery on schedule. We allow approximately 15 minutes per rack to unload; if unloading takes longer, additional charges will be incurred and invoiced separately. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Damages relative to transportation and/or temperature must be reported to Galema s Greenhouse within 24 hours of delivery; all other claims within 48 hours. TERMS: New customer purchases are C.O.D. Credit applications are available upon request and will be considered after a one-year relationship has been established. Invoices are due net 30 days from date of invoice and are payable from the invoice, monthly statements may not be sent. Finance charges of 1 1/2% per month will be added to unpaid balances. All expenses incurred for collection of outstanding balances will be at purchaser s expense. AVAILABILITY: Your previous year s order will serve as your order for the next season. If we have not heard from you by March 15th, all items unspoken for will be listed as available for sale. Orders are met on a first come basis depending on availability. We will honor orders based on your verbal or written commitment. We then remove these items from inventory and consider those products being SOLD to you, the purchaser. NO CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER PRODUCT HAS BEEN PLANTED. Quantity discounts apply to PRE-BOOKED ORDERS only, no retroactive credits will be issued.
