16 Shipping, Business Terms & Availability SHIPPING: All orders will be assessed a drop charge based on distance. Distance Drop Charge Minimum Order 1 To 29 Miles $ Rack 30 To 60 Miles $ Rack 61 To 90 Miles $ Racks 91 To 120 Miles $ Racks 121 To 150 Miles $ Racks A higher delivered price may be quoted and the drop charged waived for distances greater than 150 miles. All orders will be shipped on a pooled truck. In our attempt to service all our customers, it may be necessary to deliver before 8 AM or after 5 PM especially during peak delivery season. We will make every attempt to accommodate your business hours if at all possible. Our driver is responsible for delivering the product and taking it off our racks, but you and/or your staff are responsible for moving it to your storage or display area. This will enable us to service all our customers in a timely manner and keep your delivery on schedule. We allow approximately 15 minutes per rack to unload; if unloading takes longer, additional charges will be incurred and invoiced separately. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
