Every year the Convention Center provides Festo with the perfect setting for planning and holding its annual press conference. FESTO The German state of Thuringia traditionally holds a Thuringian reception at the Convention Center during HANNOVER MESSE in order to promote itself as a business location. [ ] The Convention Center is the perfect place to host as many as 300 guests, thanks to ideally suited rooms and the facility s location at the heart of the grounds. When weather permits, our guests enjoy the balcony with a nice view of the grounds. The catering is good, and our special wishes regarding traditional Thuringian fare are always met to our satisfaction. Deutsche Messe provides great, highly responsive service before and during the event. It's because we and our guests are all so satisfied with the organization and atmosphere at the Convention Center that we ve been holding our Thuringian reception there for many years. The prime location at the exhibition center helps us in terms of organization, and makes it easier for journalists to stop by. We also value the great service and flexibility of the event team for example with respect to room set-up in line with our specific requirements, as well as last-minute requests, rapid rearrangement between events and individualized signage. Get acquainted with your Convention Center options here. Room 1 for large-scale events This space with its generous size and unique architecture is particularly well suited for big events for up to 1,140 guests. Room 2 for conferences and concerts This is the only room at the Convention Center with fixed, theater-style seating for 718, plus a stage with backstage area. Room 3 for press conferences and receptions Room 3 can be partitioned as required, with space for 551 or 271 people seated in rows or at tables. Breakout rooms for workshops & meetings For workshops, meetings and short breaks, smaller rooms of 30 to 210 m² are a good choice. Foyer This 2,000 m² open space is flooded with natural light and serves as a central hub for access to all Conference Center rooms. As a multifunctional space, it can be used for anything from exhibits to parties.
