2 About Us The company was established in 1971 by Mr. Toh Eng Hock and started solely as a landscape subcontractor. Since its inception, the company has grown to become one of Singapore s largest landscaping contractors and golf management specialist in the region. Horticulture service was TEHC s core business in the 1970s. Subsequently, in the 1980s, arboriculture was included as part of TEHC s commitment to expand its expertise so as to provide better services to its clients. In 1994, the company extended its services to include golf course design, construction, maintenance and management. From re-modeling, upgrading to design, construction and maintenance of golf courses, the company has since built its brand as a reliable and trusted partner in the golf industry.
