2 Staless Manifolds and Accessories # of Outlets STAINLESS MANIFOLD - SHUT-OFF / BALANCING / FLOW METERS These preassembled 1-1/4" diameter staless supply and return manifolds come attached to two -5/8" spacg brackets for compact remote mountg. This staless manifold provides shut off and balancg valves with flow meters for each set of circuits. Manifold is used with flow rates up to 2 GPM per circuit with a maximum of 18 GPM. The air bleeders and purge valves are connected and factory tested. 1-1/4" Union connection, 1" NPT removable end caps. 4 STAINLESS MANIFOLD END PLUGS These plugs are used to seal the ends of the Staless Steel Manifolds. model AUTOMATIC AIR VENT Automatic air vent can be used as an alternative for air bleeder on staless manifolds. Air vent should be mounted on the supply header. model / CIRCUIT TEMPERATURE GAUGE SET This mi temperature gauge snaps on return side of Staless Manifold Shut-Off / Balancg / Flow Meter. Gauge reads return temperature of dividual circuits. model SYSTEM PRESSURIZATION KIT Pressurization kit for Viega stations or manifolds. Connects to purge valve or SVC fittg. 10 ProBloc The Viega ProBloc provides a mixed system supply water temperature that is modulated by a built mixg valve and actuator. With an easy flip of a dip switch to "ProBloc" on the front display of the Basic Heatg Control, all control settgs e.g. actuator speed will default to ProBloc. ProBlocs are available with two 3- speed circulator pump options, either high or low head. Boiler loop connections can be made with a variety of fittgs: ProPress, PEX Press or F NPT adapters. To connect to a nearby staless manifold use the new Staless Manifold Connections Set. 13 BASE MIXING STATIONS The new Viega Mixg Station provides supply water temperature modulation when connected to a variety of heat sources such as conventional or condensg boilers, water heaters, or geothermal heat pumps. Stations are now available with 3 speed circulator pumps either high or low head. Boiler connections can be made with ProPress, PEX Press Adapters or Copper (male) for solderg. Red and blue caps on the ProPress Ball Valves clearly dicate system supply and return connections. A built sensor well allows easy mountg of the supply temperature sensor for either the Basic Heatg Control or Advanced Heatg Control.
