3 WORKING PRINCIPAL In the environments where the air is conditioned through heating or cooling, there is low quality indoor air with dense carbon dioxide and other toxic gases. The fresh air is conditioned by collecting the heat load carried by this air while being exhausted in the plated heat exchanger of Heat Recovery Devices (HRD). Therefore, it is possible to recover 50-60% of the heat load of the air while exhausting the low-quality indoor air. HRD Heat Recovery Devices work silently and with high efficiency thanks to its engines with plug fans. The device can perform at the desired flow rate of the user with the speed control switch sent in standard shipments. Plated Heat Exchanger Speed Control Key Material HRD Heat Recovery Devices consist of 6 main components. The case(1) is made of galvanized steel and is covered with 9mm rubber insulation to provide both sound and heat isolation. Durability and visuality of RAL9002 is enhanced by painting it with electrostatic powder paint. Insufflation and exhaust fans used on this device are Plug Fans(2), there are Intervention Lids (3) to easily intervene those fans. Fans can be easily removed through those lids in case of maintenance or malfunction. There are G4 filters (4) at both exhaust and fresh air inlets. Thus, it was made possible to keep the aluminum plated Heat Exchanger (5), main component of the device, clean and perform efficiently. The Power Connector Box (6) which the terminal connection of the device are in is fastened on the device for easy system connection of the device.

5 Channel-type Electrical Heater It has TSEK Certification of Quality and CE marking. It is used at the outlets of heat recovery devices in cold climates and at the fresh air inlets against freezing in very cold climates. It can be designed as one, two or three staged according to the desires of customers. It can be produced with galvanized or stainless steel according to the needs of the project. It has high temperature cutout switch which steps in 70 C and reset high temperature cutout switch which steps in 110 C.
