Se dopo il segnale di allarme non si verifica nessun intervento da parte dell utilizzatore, in caso di elevate temperature il sistema toglie l alimentazione al piano cottura spegnendolo mentre in presenza di fiamma getta un liquido sul piano che spegne immediatamente l incendio. ProTech ha anche la possibilità di collegare fino a 4 sensori di presenza acqua posizionabili nelle zone lavello e lavastoviglie che in caso di perdite d acqua emettono un segnale sonoro di avvertimento.
